Château Relaxeau est au meilleur emplacement sur le lac avec une vue imprenable sur Smith Mountain et un accès facile au lac à de nombreux restaurants, marinas, sentiers de randonnée du parc d'État, activités pour enfants, parcs, vignobles, etc. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour les grands groupes à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur et un grand quai fixe et flottant pour profiter du lac.

La maison dispose d'un plan d'étage spacieux et ouvert avec de grandes fenêtres donnant sur le lac offrant une vue imprenable sur la montagne. Entièrement meublé avec WiFi, 2 grandes télévisions LED et beaucoup d'espace pour la famille / amis à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Fournit toutes les commodités du lac que vous pourriez demander, y compris 2 kayaks pour votre plaisir, un patio surélevé, des quais surdimensionnés, une zone de baignade privée depuis le quai flottant, de grandes terrasses, une salle de jeux / de loisirs, de grands téléviseurs LED, une table de baby-foot, Table de Air Hockey, Skee Ball Machine, WiFi, laveuse / sécheuse, ancrage de bateau et plus encore!

A l'étage a un grand salon avec TV à écran plat 60 ", lecteur DVD, une cuisine bien équipée pour cuisiner et manger avec de grands groupes, et 4 chambres (voir les tailles de lit ci-dessous). En bas a une grande salle de jeux, une salle de cinéma, une grande télévision à écran plat de 60 ", un baby-foot, une table à cartes et 1 chambre supplémentaire. Les étages supérieurs et inférieurs mènent à de grands espaces extérieurs qui sont un moyen pratique de profiter de la vue et du lac. Le pont supérieur comprend 2 barbecues à gaz et de nombreux sièges et tables pour maximiser le temps à l'extérieur, même pendant les repas.

Nice and calm place perfect for a large group or a family trip. It has a large living room everyone can hang out with, and there’s plenty of space for small group entertainment as well. Def recommend if you’re visiting the SML.

We had a wonderful time with our 4 adult children and families! The house was so amazing! We spent our days on the boat we rented scouting good fishing and private swimming coves. In evening we cooked together and enjoyed a beautiful fire!

This property has an amazing view. The owners provided great details about the property and the surrounding area. The house was very clean and comfortable for our extended family group of eight adults. We enjoyed the use of the paddle boards and kayaks, and docking our rental boat was very easy. The cove is quiet and the outdoor space felt very private. Overall, we had a great week at this property!

Ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature

The location on Smith Mountain Lake provided beautiful views from all angles. The property was well maintained, stocked with all the necessities, and had plenty of space for large family gatherings.

Great Stay

This home was everything that we needed for a winter get away. The space was perfect for everyone to be together, have fun, and be as active as they wanted to be. Both the indoors and outdoors were everything we could have asked for in our vacation. We would definitely visit again!

Great Lake house

Beautiful view of the lake from a wonderful house that suited our group (2 families) perfectly. We rented a boat from a local marina and tied it up to one of the floating docks and used the other for fishing. Great stay - would definitely come back!

Perfect

Chateau Relaxeau was the perfect lakehouse for our family of 13. From the size to the supplies, all was great. The kitchen is so well stocked with just about anything you need. We had a wonderful stay!

Great experience!

We stayed for a long weekend in April 2024. The check in process and communication from Emily before during and after our stay was great! We LOVED the views and the dock was great for our rented pontoon boat. Highly recommend!
