Smith Mountain Lake Retreat!!!!! Our 4BR/4BA quiet no wake cove waterfront retreat is perfect for families of all ages, and just 15 min from Bridgewater Plaza and 12 minutes from the Mariners Landing Country Club. The house is 0.4 Miles from Virginia Dare Cruise and Marina.

Main level: Full kitchen with table for 4, spacious living room, Sun room, Master bathroom with master bath with jetted tub, large second bedroom and full bath. Living Room and bedroom both feature Roku TVs.

Upper level: full bathroom, 1 guest bedroom with king bed, 2 bedrooms with twin beds perfect for children.

Lower level: Laundry area, full bathroom, poker/bumper pool table

Outdoors: Ample parking with 2 carports and a large paved driveway. Spacious screened in porch with ample seating with stunning views of the lake. Step down from the screened in porch to a large deck. There is a separate seating platform above the boat house which is perfect for watching the sunset.

Lake area: Private Deep water dock with large swim platform.

Pets are welcomed, but MUST be registered on reservation and fee paid on the reservation.

Check in is at 4pm / Check out is at 10am. Access provided via unique keypad code that is shared with you prior to arrival.

You will have full access to the home, with the exception of the garage, unless you are renting the golf cart. There is ample driveway parking at the property.

Located in the quiet neighborhood, your family will love the peacefulness while also being able to venture out to the nearby Bridgewater Plaza. The house is also within walking distance or a short golf cart ride to the Virginia Dare Cruises and Marina which has an indoor/outdoor restaurant. If you enjoy gold the house is a 12 minute drive to Mariners Landing Country Club

Located within 5-10 minute boat ride (15 minute via car) to Bridgewater Plaza, you will be situated close to its restaurants, marinas and shopping. Food Lion (15 minutes) and DG Market (5 minutes) are close by vehicle, so you can easily stock up on food and beverages at the lake instead of having to bring them from your home!
