Welcome to The Palm House, a historic studio retreat just one block from the sand. This charming upper-level cottage features partial ocean views from your private balcony and a spacious King Bed. Inside, enjoy a bright living area, fast WiFi, AC, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Pet-friendly and full of character, it is the perfect base for couples (and dogs!) to explore Avila. Part of the Solmaré Collection, it includes designated parking.
HISTORIC CHARM & COMFORT
Tucked in the heart of Avila Beach, The Palm House preserves the soul of a traditional fishermanâs cottage. It is quirky, charming, and flooded with natural light. While it retains its vintage roots, we have updated the comforts that matter most. It offers a breezy, unpretentious place to unwind just steps from the ocean.
SLEEPING & RELAXING
- Primary Bed: Spacious King Bed with soft linens (a rare find in these historic cottages).
- Lounge: A cozy sitting area and Smart TV.
- Work Friendly: A dining nook that doubles as a workspace with a view.
- Climate: Equipped with Air Conditioning for year-round comfort.
KITCHENETTE (With Stovetop)
Compact but capable.
- Equipment: Mini-fridge, microwave, and a stovetop burner.
- Essentials: Stocked with cookware and dinnerware for simple home-style meals.
OUTDOOR LIVING
- Private Balcony: Step outside to your own perch with partial ocean peeks. It is the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while listening to the town settle down.
UNBEATABLE LOCATION
1 Block: You are a 2-minute walk from the sand, the promenade, and local coffee shops.
Pet Friendly: We love dogs! (Please ensure they are added to the reservation).
Guest Access
You have full private access to The Palm House and its balcony. Entry is keyless via a smart lock code sent before arrival.

Parking: One dedicated off-street parking spot is provided
Pet Policy: We love dogs! A pet fee applies. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet so we can prepare. Management: Professionally managed by Solmaré Stays, ensuring 5-star cleanliness and 24/7 local support.
House Rules:
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved.
Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No parties or events.
Noise: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM â 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the unit or near doors/windows.
Pets: Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly units and must be approved in advance.
Bikes: Complimentary bikes are available for guest use where provided. Ride at your own risk, secure bikes when not in use, and return them in the same condition.
Parking: Park only in designated areas as outlined in your arrival instructions.
Care of Property: Please treat the home with care and report any damage or issues promptly.
Trash & Dishes: Please dispose of trash and wash dishes before departure.
Safety: Do not tamper with smoke detectors, safety equipment, or utility systems.
Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges or removal without refund.
