It is the perfect compact base for couples looking to explore the coast without the crowds. Enjoy designated parking and access to shared fire pits and beach cruisers. VINTAGE CHARM, MODERN COMFORT
We have preserved the timeless character of this historic bungalow while upgrading it for a seamless stay. True to its name, `The Nest` is efficiently designed and cozyâideal for solo travelers or couples who plan to spend their days exploring and just need a comfortable, high-end sanctuary to rest.

- Primary: Plush King Bed with hotel-quality linens and blackout window treatments.
- Entertainment: Smart TV viewable from the comfort of the bed.
- Climate: Air Conditioning provided for year-round comfort.

Everything you need for light meals and morning coffee:
- Keurig coffee maker with complimentary pods
- Microwave and Refrigerator
- The table and chair pictured are currently being replaced
Note: This is an efficiency kitchenette designed for convenience. For larger meals, the townâs best restaurants are just a block away.

Parking: One dedicated off-street parking spot is provided
Management: Professionally managed by Solmaré Stays, ensuring 5-star cleanliness and 24/7 local support.
House Rules:
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved.
Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No parties or events.
Noise: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM â 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the unit or near doors/windows.
Pets: Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly units and must be approved in advance.
Bikes: Complimentary bikes are available for guest use where provided. Ride at your own risk, secure bikes when not in use, and return them in the same condition.
Parking: Park only in designated areas as outlined in your arrival instructions.
Care of Property: Please treat the home with care and report any damage or issues promptly.
Trash & Dishes: Please dispose of trash and wash dishes before departure.
Safety: Do not tamper with smoke detectors, safety equipment, or utility systems.
