Private Pool & Spa Heating Policy: To ensure the pool heater operates safely and efficiently, here are some important details: Cold Weather Limitations: When the outdoor temperature drops below 60°F, the pool heater automatically shuts off to prevent damage from overcompensating. This is a standard feature of the residential pool heaters used in the community and is most common during cooler months, especially at night. Heating Expectations: Pool heating requires 24 hours to fully warm up once turned on, so please plan accordingly. The spa will heat 10–20°F higher than the pool when the jets are activated. Please note that during colder weather, the pool and spa temperatures may not reach their usual levels. Refund Policy: If the pool heater is not functioning properly and your pool heat is not warm by the time you check out, we will refund your pool heat fee. However, we cannot guarantee the pool or spa will maintain its usual temperature during extreme cold weather. Important Notes: The home does not include a separate hot tub. The pool and spa share the same heating system, so this policy applies to both. Extras like grill rental or pool heating are only available if pre-arranged. Please, notify us at least 48hrs prior to your check-in date to upgrade with these services (3-day minimum).
