Welcome to the Chief Barracks — a cozy, ADA-accessible 1-bedroom suite at Southern Blue. Once part of McMinnville’s former police station, this lower-level retreat features a built-in workspace and peaceful vibe. Bonus: it’s just steps from our on-site restaurant, making it the perfect spot to relax, work, and enjoy a bit of history. Exposed brick and stainless appliances in this one of a kind unit.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
ETS. Pets are allowed on the Premises upon payment of the Pet Fee provided during booking process. All guests must clean up and dispose of all Pet waste immediately, failure to do so will result in a fee of $250.00 The Host does not allow pets without prior written consent. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises without prior written consent, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited and additonal fee of $250.00 will be assessed.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking and vaping on the Premises and grounds is prohibited. If any guest violates the smoking policy a $250.00 fine will be automatically assesed.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from any Security Deposit prior to a refund if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.
TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term under the strict instruction and direction of the Host.
