• Single-level, open-plan living with abundant natural light
• Living room: Smart TV, sofa and armchairs, coffee table, high-speed internet
• Kitchen & dining: Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, pots/pans/silverware, dining table, breakfast bar with stools
• Bedrooms:
– Bedroom 1: King bed
– Bedroom 2: Two twin beds
– Bedroom 3: Queen bed
– All with fresh linens, pillows, and closet space
• Bathrooms: Stocked with essentials and fluffy towels
• Outdoor: Private pool, patio seating, BBQ—great for morning coffee or evening wine
Guest access
• Entire villa and outdoor area are exclusively yours
• Ground floor only (no stairs)
• Two free parking spots on the driveway
• Pack ’n play and high chair available upon request
• Pet-friendly—please let us know before booking (pet fee $250)
• Two driveway spots only—no parking on the lawn or neighbor’s property.

House rules
• Registered guests only; max occupancy 6
• Quiet hours 8:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.; please be considerate of neighbors
• No smoking or vaping inside (violation fee $500 and immediate eviction)
• No parties or events
• Parking: Driveway only (1 vehicles). No parking on the lawn, sidewalk, or neighbor’s property. Do not block driveways. Violations may result in towing at guest’s expense.

• Check-in: 4:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
• Check-out: 11:00 a.m. (noon upon request, if available)
• Please message us at least 1 hour before arrival with your ETA
