This spectacular home is at the top of our list of great Fort Lauderdale area of properties. It has been completely remodeled and has a great open spilt floor plan - 3 bedrooms, 3 baths plus a private Florida room with HDTV and a desk with printer for your use. The great room is open to the kitchen and dining as well as has triple sliding doors that open to the patio and pool deck. Those with small children can ask for the optional childproof pool fence. Pool heating is also available upon request ($20/day additional). Enjoy working on your tan on one of the many chaise lounges on the pool deck. When it's dinner time a Charbroil gas grill is ready for some shrimp skewers or some steaks. Dine poolside and live the true South Florida lifestyle. When you're here "It's Just Another Day in Paradise"!

You are truly in the best of both worlds with the ocean and beaches only steps away while enjoying the comfort of a beautiful pool home in a safe, family neighborhood. Area residents can be seen jogging, walking or riding bicycles at all hours of the day and evening. This meticulously kept property is located in the small town of Lauderdale by the Sea and is absolutely one of the best values in the area. Make this your choice for a wonderful vacation full of fun and great memories.

AMENITIES NOTES: Everything from sunscreen to shampoo has been provided for you in order to make this a vacation you will always remember. We provide brochures on nearby activities as well as menus from our favorite restaurants. The house comes with WiFi and internet access and we supply beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella for those sunny days on the sand. A pack n play and high chair are available on site. This is truly a home away from home but one that also reflects the South Florida lifestyle. We do have a minimum age requirement of 30. Also pool heat is an option at $20/day.

Host was super friendly and helpful. Fantastic pool, kid gate was added for our children. Pet friendly though we didn’t bring our dog for the duration of our stay this time. Everything was clean and a nice welcome packet with some snacks and water. We’ve used them in the past and as usual will return again!

We appreciate the five star review but as you know we require the one who books the property to be at least 30 years old and to be present during the stay. Since your son and his friends were college age and you were not there this situation is unacceptable. Also the neighbor's complaints about the boy's unruly behavior cause us as managers to look like we are not doing our job. For these reasons we cannot recommend you to other hosts.

Our recent stay 2/7/26-2/14/26 was absolutely amazing. The home was well cared for, immaculate, and warmly decorated. Needless to say, the pool was outstanding, clean, and considered ‘the icing on the cake.’ Jan and Tom, as property managers were easy to communicate with and everything went quite smoothly. Perfect home away from home!

Our family absolutely love staying at this home. Everything was clean and it was the perfect layout. The pool was perfect and we didn’t even have to use the heater. The host was very quick to respond to any questions that we had during our day as well. Beach and stores are within walking distance. This was a great location. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

My family and I had an amazing stay. The house is beautiful and only a short walk away from the beach. It was clean and well-equipped with all the essentials as well as some thoughtful surprises. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the pool. It was spacious and the perfect way to relax after spending long days in the sun. The hosts themselves were very gracious and attentive. We highly recommend this place.

Perfect for 6 adults

Lauderdale by the Sea was a new area for my family to explore and we wanted a house with 3 beds and bathrooms, quiet neighborhood, short walk to restaurants and beach. This property nailed it! 4 members were coming from the cold north and they loved hanging by the heated pool. Publix grocery store was easy to access. We walked to restaurants and the beach every day! Also easy to explore the Lauderdale area. Hosts were very easy to deal with. House was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway

We’ve stayed in Lauderdale by the sea before and the area is super family, friendly and never too overcrowded. The restaurants are walking distance and very good and there’s a ton more to choose from to get delivered to the house. The pool is perfect as there is shade on half the yard in the early afternoon Yet still plenty of sun if you want to be in it. Three full bedrooms and bathrooms plus a bonus and entertainment room and laundry room. There’s an air mattress and a rollaway bed and a pack and play and highchair for kids as well as the gate around the pool. The house couldn’t be better for a young family with kids no car needed you can walk to anything.
