The updated kitchen allows for ample cabinet and counter space with an adjacent breakfast bar. Step through to the hallway with an in-unit full-size washer and dryer and full hallway bath. The guest room features two twin beds and a walk -in closet. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and en suite bath with tile shower. All bathrooms and kitchen have granite counters and the unit has LVT throughout. Linens, cookware/dinnerware, towels provided. Tennis rackets, extra air mattresses, and beach chairs also included for use. Owner pays all utilities - electric, water, trash! Internet and a YouTube TV account provided as well. We have tried to take care of everything you will need. Linens, towels, appliances - big and small, even tennis rackets and balls. If we don't have it, just ask! We want you to feel at home and happy. With our rentals, we pay for all the utilities and provide other amenities like internet and even a streaming account to watch TV.
