Any stay the is longer than 15 days will have an extra $100 added to the cleaning fee

When it comes to checkout we have guidelines for checkout below.
* Please pile used bedding in each room * Towels can be piled in the bathrooms * Any used dishes need to go into the dishwasher & start the cycle * Pick up all trash and throw it away * Make sure to ensure you have all of your items before you leave :)

*We know accidents happen. However, for any items that (may) get damaged or broken, we will charge for the replacement . As well as excessive deep cleaning after the stay. Please remember to clean up to avoid any extra cleaning charges. For excessive cleaning after stay, we will charge $250 or more.

*This is a NO smoking Airbnb. Smoking inside the house will result in extra charges.

*Check out later than 10am will result in a late check out fee. We have a 10am sharp check out time to be able to get the house prepared for the next guest.
