MANY restaurants within walking distance or a short golf cart or car ride away including:
✹ Sandos Beachside is right across the street, Captain Dave's on the Gulf, Kenny D's, The Crab Trap, and Pompano Joe's
✹ Camille’s at Crystal Beach, Soleil, Beach Walk Café, Pazzo Italiano, Miller’s Ale House, Ruby Slipper Café, Marble Slab Creamery, Horizon’s and the Rooftop Bar at The Henderson Resort are all ~2 miles away

✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - We are really proud of this beach home, and we love sharing it with our guests. However, please know that it is not a party house. Green Reef is a small and quiet townhome community, and the quiet hours of 10 PM - 8 AM are strictly enforced. Thank you for your understanding!
✹ NO SMOKING
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 28 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is non-refundable. If you want the peace of mind, I highly recommend purchasing the optional travel insurance at the time of booking. PLEASE NOTE - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
