Votre propre cour privée est votre plage! Maison construite sur le sable pas dans la rue. Réveillez-vous et prenez un café sur votre terrasse sur la plage avec votre jammies et prenez votre collation de fin de soirée à la belle étoile sur le pont de la plage ou apportez vos chaises à l'eau avec des amis et faites-vous des souvenirs de la lune qui scintillent de vos pieds avec l'eau le sable. Étant votre propre plage privée, aucun permis n'est nécessaire pour un mariage. Le seul moyen de se rapprocher de l'eau est d'être sur un bateau !! Une fois que vous restez ici, vous serez gâtés!


La plage est votre propre cour arrière privée!

La seule chose entre votre pont privé sur la plage et l'eau est le sable (votre plage privée).

Ceci est en front de mer maison de plage rien entre les deux !! Destin directement sur la plage / Golfe. Descendez votre super grande terrasse privée dans le sable de votre propre plage privée. vous Lean chaises de plage sur le pont ne les faisant glisser en arrière dans une rue. Nous fournissons des chaises de plage. La plage est votre arrière-cour. Capacité d'accueil jusqu'à 16 personnes. 3 étages Townhouse presque 3000 sq. Ft. 4 espaces de stationnement. 2 espaces de vie. cuisine niveau principal et mini-cuisine sur le niveau de la plage entièrement équipée. Grand maître ouvrir vos yeux dans le lit et voir la plage / golfe avec des soulever votre tête de l'oreiller. Balcon privé Master. 2 chambres ont salles de bains privées. Niveau principal a un salon gigantesque, avec des vues spectaculaires sur votre plage privée et du golfe vert émeraude. Our family loved his property. We have been coming to the Destin area for 25 years and this beach access is the best we have ever had. We will be back to Green Reef next spring. We did experience a few maintenance issues but Kimberly was very responsive and did everything possible to make things right.

We were a party of 9 and we all loved the property. My husband and I are in our late 70s and would have loved an elevator. No towel hooks for bathroom Bunk beds were too close to the ceilingsPoor A/C and circulation in basement areaOutside chairs on beach level were too low for elderly Now that I’ve told you bad let me tell you of the goodBeautiful view. Loved it Correct size chairs on living area deck.plenty of sitting area in den area. A lot of dishes. Beautiful sunrise and sunset viewing. Thank you for your 5 star review. I am not sure which bunks you are speaking of. WE do give a lot of space for the lower bunks in case adults are sleeping on the lower and do not want to feel cramped. Upper bunks are normal height space from the ceiling. The beach level has its own AC unit so that one can bring it to the temperature choice of their own. If I had been told that you were not comfortable I could have helped you work the thermostat. WE do have hooks on the back of bathroom doors for towels plus a ladder towel rack in the master bath. I am not understanding the statement chairs on beach level too low- they are normal patio chairs along with a love seat. If you are speaking of the extra sand chairs to take on the beach in case guests want sand chairs along with the regular beach chair service and umbrellas. WE do find all ages enjoy this home even for those who aren’t comfortable with steps they usually take the beach level with the s2 bdrms, 2nd kitchen, 2nd living room with a walk out straight onto the oversized beach deck with 7 steps down onto your own private deck. I am glad that you enjoyed the home/beach/views enough to consider returning.

Wow! The pictures just don't capture the beauty of this place. Everything was just wonderful - the comfy group living area, the kitchen, the downstairs kitchen and bathroom making beach refreshments easy to restock, the rooms where we could rest up for the next day. And the multiple decks! We had a hard time deciding where we would share our next group cocktail Stores and dining locations are close. The neighbor next door is a hoot, we shared laughs with him every day. Beach is perfect for flying kites, and the daily beach chair service made it welcoming to head out and catch some rays. Kimberly was very responsive when asking questions and offering suggestions prior to pur arrival. She checked back in on our arrival day to make sure we were happy and all tucked in. Great host!We were there for a music festival and had a local golf cart company that shuttled us around. Thanks for more great memories! I hope to book again with you.

Just 2-2 1/2 miles down our street across from the beach! I am personally taking friends to our home for the October concert with Styx and many other great bands! The property is Amazing!!! Private beach just steps away!! Walking distance to restaurants. Spacious house. Beach towels were provided, along with beach chairs. Shower on the deck for washing off the sand. Host is very easy to communicate with.

Family Vacation

Our first time to Destin. This property was perfect for us. 5 adults, 2 teens, a 6 yr old and 1 year old. This property has two full kitchens! The teens loved using the down stairs beach level kitchen. Property owner responded immediately when we were having problems with internet.The real bonus is the private beach! Also, permanent neighbor next door, Stephen, was extremely helpful.I would definitely recommend this property!

We find having the Beach level with a kitchen for the beach deck, coming in from the beach for beach drinks and snacks, and for another form of privacy for guests when they want a separate space is fantastic. Glad that you find that as well. Our beach is unique to having it all to yourself. Most private beaches share with a whole complex where here it is exclusively yours to set up games and enjoy in the chairs etc.. Thank you so much.
