In just a 3–5 minute walk, you'll be in the heart of Main Street, browsing boutique shops, savoring world-class dining, and soaking in Park City's lively après-ski energy. Or, hop on the free Park City Transit bus right outside your door for effortless access to Deer Valley, Canyons Village, or Kimball Junction.
This single-level retreat spans 1,000 square feet and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and comfortable accommodations for up to eight guests.
Arriving is simple with either the covered communal garage or the outdoor parking lot. From there, step into the building lobby and take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor, where a bright, open living space welcomes you home. Whether you're visiting for world-class skiing, summer mountain adventures, or the vibrant festivals and events Park City has to offer, this condo provides the perfect home base for your year-round getaway.
Living Room: Designed with a lodge aesthetic and luxurious furnishings, the living room features a queen sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a marble-front wood-burning fireplace. Entertainment options include a Smart TV and plenty of games. Step onto the balcony, offering breathtaking views of Old Town and the mountains.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, including a Keurig coffee machine and coffee grinder, kettle, and an electric range, ensuring you have everything you need for a delightful culinary experience.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room and kitchen, the wood dining table comfortably seats up to six and provides a perfect spot for gatherings.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms: Primary Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Smart TV, cozy reading chair by the large window, and an en-suite bathroom with an oversized vanity and a separate tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2: Bunk Bed- Twin over Queen bunk bed, with added Twin pull-out trundle. Plus, access to a full shared bathroom. Shared Bathroom: Full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Points forts : Propreté, commodités, état et installations de l’hébergement et communication.
The condo was perfect for us! The beds were comfortable other than some pillows were a bit flat but we had several per bed. Bathrooms had soap, lotion and plenty of towels. The kitchen had all needed essentials and all cooking items you would use for full meals. The living room had comfy sofas, blankets and nice tvs (no cable included so you need to use your subscriptions to watch most anything).
The location is great- close to the town lift and easy to get around with free bus and trolley transportation. Use the High Valley Transit app to get bus schedule.
The property management team is very responsive if you need anything as well. This was our first trip to Park City and we would stay here again if we come back.
