Cette belle maison historique des années 1880 est une oasis avec un bain à remous et une piscine et une cour charmante avec une vue PRIMO de la Tour des Amériques. Idéalement situé au centre-ville et Southtown / Lavaca, un quartier branché et éclectique, cette maison 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain (4 places de stationnement hors rue) est à quelques pùtés de maisons du Riverwalk, l'Alamo, le Blue Star Arts Complex, Henry B Gonzales Centre des congrÚs et l'Alamodome.

Le quartier regorge de parcs et de terrains de jeux adaptés aux enfants, d'une vie nocturne passionnante et d'un restaurant éclectique primé.

Cette propriété a été sur un autre site de partage de maison pendant plus d'un an et a une cote de 5 étoiles là-bas. C'est nouveau pour HomeAway et les clients HomeAway dÚs cette année. J'espÚre que tu aimes rester chez moi!

Fantastic

We had the best time! We were celebrating our group of high school girlfriends all turning 50 this year, and this property provided everything we needed! The house was clean and well-appointed, and the host included a lot of really nice personal touches. The weather was perfect, and the location was easily walkable to the Riverwalk and a bunch of restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely urban oasis

My friend and I loved staying here! The decor was lovely
 really fun art work, tons of amenities, and the backyard was amazing! The bed was also super comfy. It was close to everything we needed it to be! We plan on returning for sure!

Great place, great location

We were in town for a conference, and the property was an easy 10 to 15 minute walk to the venue. Lots of great little shops and restaurants and bars within a short walk. Short walk to the Riverwalk. Place was stocked with everything you could possibly need.

We had such a great time at this gem of a house! The owner is fantastic and has thought of everything. The vibe and decor really set the tone for an authentic San Antonio getaway. The location is prime and the pool was the cherry on top!

Conference at Convention Center

My coworkers and I stayed for a conference held at the Convention Center. The house is super conveniently located to the Convention Center and all the fun of the Riverwalk!

Run the Alamo half marathon

This house is exactly as described. It is in a historic neighborhood and conveniently located to start/finish line and other attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed a couple of the owner's recommended dining spots. It seems she thought of everything! I would recommend it to anybody staying in the area and hope to stay there again myself!

Great vacation rental

This property is centrally situated with all the essential attractions within a 10 minute drive. Local eats and watering holes can be found within a 10-15 minute walking distance. If staying in is what you prefer, the property offers plenty of options. The house is colorfully themed and decorated; appropriately stocked for every age group. Most importantly, it is CLEAN! We would love to come back and stay at the same place again!

Excellent location & great for entertaining!

Super clean upon arrival, excellent communication with Ashley, the host. The location was walkable to a few restaurants, the river walk, and the convention center. Beautiful view of the Tower from the hot tub & got a picture-perfect memory of it when taking a morning dip during the sunrise! Basics provided for cooking meals at home. Backyard was perfect for entertaining! Would definitely stay here again if I need to travel to San Antonio in the future.

Just Perfect

Our family of 5 was celebrating a college graduation and visiting San Antonio for the first time. The house provided a perfect home base for us as we enjoyed San Antonio. It’s an easy walk to the Riverwalk, great restaurants and bars. A local restaurant/bakery “Blush” which is right down the street has a wonderful bakery and delicious brunch. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool and inside playing games and working on a puzzle. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to San Antonio!

Spring Break

The house was fantastic! It was well stocked and the extra touches (snacks, drinks) were appreciated. There was an issue with the hose in the backyard, which was promptly managed by the owner with easy communication. My teens loved the hot tub (weather was too cold to use the pool much). Just blocks from some great restaurants. Definitely would rent this house again if we are back in San Antonio!

Home away from home!

This property was so lovely. The art, the color, and the feel were better than the pictures on Vrbo. Ashley has every detail covered to make this place feel like a home away from home. She was very responsive to any questions I had and incredibly helpful with suggestions, both via the Vrbo app and the binder that was in the kitchen. We are already talking about another trip to San Antonio and we would absolutely stay in this place again. Honestly this has been my best experience with a Vrbo rental and host. Holiday Haven

From the minute we walked in, this felt like home away from home. Everything from the delicious treats awaiting us to the informative binder providing us with San Antonio tips allowed us to have a fantastic vacation. The backyard hot tub helped us enjoy our time when not exploring nearby sites. Record player was an especially fun blast-from-the-past. was This was our first Vrbo experience and Ashley made sure that nothing was missing: beautiful home, excellent location, and clear communication. Highly recommended.

More than meets the eye!

Great house, set up perfectly for vacationing families. HUGE back yard for a rental, house had everything you could want or need. I have rented at least 10 houses in various cities across the US and this one by far is #1. Sure I have rented a much larger/nicer house, but it didn't have character. This place is great and I am already trying to figure out when to come back in cooler weather. Thank you for sharing your house and for the additional items that you provide.

Fantastic Place

We had a ladies weekend here and the place was wonderful! The house, pool and grounds were immaculate. There was a lot of little touches, such as mosquito spray, sunscreen, sunglasses, hair dryers, flip flops, etc. that were a pleasant surprise and nice touch. None of us are coffee drinkers so we did not avail ourselves of all the different flavored creamers provided, but we did take advantage of all the ice cream/Popsicle that were stocked. Was so nice on those 96 degree days. The house is tastefully decorated and the pictures do not do it justice. A beautiful place. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the Alamo, Riverwalk, Convention center. It is also very close to the freeway so easy access to Everything in San Antonio. We loved the place and are talking about coming back with our husbands, so we can enjoy the beautiful back yard more and have them grill for us. Highly Recommend.

This house was amazing! Beautifully restored, spacious, awesome back yard, excellent location! Everything inside appeared brand new. This was perfect for our family vacation! The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms large and uncluttered. There is a large closet supplied with items to care for small children. Back yard is large and very private with a beautiful view of the Tower of the Americas. Pool is small, but reaches depth of about 5 feet, just right for cooling down and relaxing. Pool cleaner came daily to be certain it was free of leaves. The hot tub was only feet away and is large enough for 5 adults to comfortably enjoy. I loved the location. Sitting outside at night under the lights in the backyard and watching the lights on the Tower dance around was so relaxing. Nice quiet neighborhood, plenty of other restored homes around. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the Riverwalk area. The whole area was very safe and we felt comfortable walking around at all hours. The owner was very responsive and shared the history of the property and quickly dealt with one small problem we encountered. Booking this property was an excellent decision for our family get away. Everything was perfect for family visiting, game playing, and relaxing. I can’t wait to stay here again!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!

This property was worth every dollar. The location is perfect and the house is even better. The owner has literally thought of everything. The house comes with any all items you need while staying away from home. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and just a few blocks from so much of what downtown San Antonio has to offer. It was the little details of this place that made this experience perfect. My family and I truly enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back. First class all around!

This is a great home, very clean and comfortable. We had a conference to attend and were able to walk everywhere without hassle. The local restaurants are great like Rosario's Mexican Cafe which is about 3 blocks away. Just overall a great spot.

San Antonio wedding

We really enjoyed Casa de Fiesta while in San Antonio for our son's wedding. The house was well stocked, the beds comfortable and the location was perfect. It was very hot while we were there, so the pool was a god send!! Thanks Ashley and the pool guy!

You will be staying at one of the CLOSEST houses to the Alamo, the Riverwalk and the amazing nightlife downtown San Antonio has to offer. If you plan on doing anything downtown, you don't need a car - you are just a few short, flat blocks away from EVERYTHING. You can walk everywhere.

At night, the neighborhood is quiet, friendly and safe. This is THE best neighborhood in San Antonio. The property has a RARE downtown pool, you will not find many of these.

My guests love my colorful, eclectic San Antonio/Fiesta design aesthetic - the home is filled with art from local artists. My guests also rave about all my special touches; from my custom Southtown guidebook to the complimentary chips & salsa, local chocolate, local beer six-pack, and sparkling waters awaiting you on check-in. You can look forward to popping open a cold beverage, picking out a record from the vinyl collection, and relaxing. Dip your feet in the pool while gazing at the Tower of the Americas. Then walk to one of the numerous noteworthy bars and restaurants mere blocks away.
