Located right on the beach, this spacious, multi-family home boasts amazing ocean views, a bright, open layout, and comfortable, updated furnishings. With enough room for two families, inside you will find two full kitchens, a furnished deck overlooking the ocean, and a downstairs furnished patio with a back yard for the kids to play in. Walk right out the back door to your private access point to one of Florida's most famous beaches!

Property not well maintained. Kitchen counter not fully attached. Arm chair in living room ripped. Water damage to ceiling, etc. I messaged the host to ask if there was a pack n play at the house and never heard back. The grill outside was super rusty.

Great Location, But...

This was a family Xmas beach trip. The location was great, with access directly to the beach via a boardwalk, deck, and stairs. A supermarket was very close and St. Augustine was a short drive away. We rented both the upper and lower units. The lower unit was only accessible to the upper unit through the smaller bedroom unless you went outdoors. A large inconvenience, especially for the bedroom's occupants. Some things were in need of repair: a rail on a small upper unit balcony was pulled away from the building; the sliding closet door in the small lower bedroom was broken; a window blind in the upper dining area had been repaired with ribbons and a clothespin. The upper unit dishwasher never worked. After reporting it I was told it would be handled, but since it was Xmas weekend it wasn't. Since we had the lower unit we shuttled dishes up and down the stairs. Then the microwave in the upper unit stopped working the day after Xmas. More shuttles ensued. The upper unit had a table large enough for the 8 of us, and we enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine, but this unit needs a good general going through to make it a good choice, if you can handle the lower/upper accessibility issue.

Mold or Dirt

Property could use a little elbow grease and some maintenance. The air vents had black dust or mold all around them and onto the ceiling. Made a few of us ill. I couldn’t stay another day. Eyes where burning and had a cough and soar throat. Got better the day we left.

Location location location!

This great home is right on Vilano Beach. The deck was a perfect place to drink coffee and watch the waves in the morning as well as listen to the waves at night. Watch for the dolphins swimming in the area. 😃 The beach was expansive and very clean. Beach chairs and towels were provided along with an assortment of other beach necessities. Not far to the Publix grocery and great pizza place. Clean and safe. I would definitely come back here again!

Beach getaway

Our stay was very enjoyable with a beautiful ocean view. The top floor was spacious for my whole family to spread out and enjoy time together playing games, puzzles, and watching movies/shows. We had thanksgiving, and the kitchens were equipped with pretty much all we needed. The house is outdated and could use some simple changes to make the rental experience a bit more enjoyable but overall the hygiene and function was good. Some light bulbs could be replaced and lamp shades, and the upstairs carpet is older. When we first arrived we have to air out the property with ocean beeeze due to musty/older smell but after that is was great. Same thing with the sulfur water- just had to run it for awhile and it was then okay.

We love the location of the property. The beach access was exceptional. All sorts of beach chairs and toys for all ages.

Bad experience

I rented the whole house the top floor water was so bad it smelled so bad we could t use it Eight of us had to use one bathroom downstairs which was hard . Would never stay there again

Beautiful View

The property was great. Beautiful view of the beach from the upstairs. Nice backyard and easy beach access. I would definitely stay again!
