The location is great for visiting St Augustine for summer or winter. The place is within 100 yards of the beach. The third bedroom is behind the garage which is good for teens or one couple, but not a fit for small kids. The third room behind the garage is "efficiency" style meaning sink, fridge, and bathroom.

Perfect long weekend winter get away for our family. Loved seeing the Christmas lights in st Augustine! Few steps from the beach. Plenty of towels and household amenities. Would recommend.

Great communication with the owners allowed for a seemless check-in and check-out. Owner kept us informed and updated with a repair that was scheduled during our stay. The location was close to everything.

Great location, it is on the same side of the beach but there are NO beach views. Third bedroom/ bath are separate, accessed through the garage only. Was fine for our teenagers, but would have been an issue if we were using that third bedroom for young kids. 1/2 Bath on main level doesn’t flush. Garage smelled heavy of kitty litter. There are many small balconies on the property, one of them overlooks the shared community pool which is convenient if you have older kids. Easy walk to beach, just steps. Lots of beach supplies are shared in the garage. AC works great. Plenty of cleaning supplies, towels available.

This is a three-story townhome. To get to the main floor you have to walk up a lengthy flight of steps. And then to get to the upstairs bedrooms is another lengthy flight of steps. It is the 6th townhome away from the beach therefore you have to walk down the driveway and down a small sandy pass and over a sandy dune in order to reach the beach and there is no view of the beach from the Townhome. The townhome itself is Tastefully decorated and has a lot of space with many choices of places ro sleep and several bathrooms. It is Well equipped with Beach gear, bedding and bathroom accessories. It is a good option for a family but not so much anyone who has mobility issues. It is directly across the street from Publix which is convenient and not far from local attractions. Improvements that we feel can be made would be to have a Swiffer mop and Vac vacuum for quick cleanup of the floors and throw blankets because there are several sheet but no options for additional blankets for snuggling on the couch or adding blankets to the bed. I think this hosts have done a nice job and they are wonderful to work with they truly care about the people who stay on their property.

Nowhere does it say a town house ,stairs everywhere 15 to get up in complex another 15 to get to second floor bedroom. Close to beach,we could see ocean from one balcony.Our bed fell every night to floor from slats being to short . I had to wash dishes to use, we were gonna grill one nite BUT grill unusable and small area on bottom room fenced in area very dirty ,love the area but wont go back to this rental and I will research better . . It’s ashame ,it’s in a great area.Some work on it and up kept and honest descriptions would be advised

Stairway to the beach

The property is as described. Very nice, location is just a few steps to beach, good neighborhood and quiet. Close to St. Augustine and attractions. Pool is just outside back door. The only thing I wish I had known is that it's a townhouse with lots of stairs. I have a bad leg and this was difficult for me. Owner was quick to contact me on any issues. Check in info was on point. Had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend the property.

Great location

My family and I stayed for 3 nights. The inside was clean enough, but everyone of the balconys/outdoor space had some kind of trash on them. Something not listed but they mentioned with the check in instructions was that the 3rd bedroom is through the garage. It was fine for us but would have been nice to know prior to booking. The location is perfect, the pool was nice. The only other downside to the property is there is no where to wash sand off from the beach unless you go all the way to back of the unit and use the outdoor shower.

Our family of 6 had an amazing week. We had anticipated an oceanfront view - as the description of the property said. When we arrived, we were disappointed that we were the farthest unit from the beach. However, it was still so close to the beach that it didn't bother us walking a little. The unit was super clean when we arrived and even had some supplies already there to get us started for the week. We really appreciated the sand toys, chairs, wagon, and other beach items available for us to use that we didnt have to purchase or bring with us from home. The beach area was perfect, plenty of space to spread out and not crowded. The location was great - next to Publix, and just a hop, skip, and a jump away from downtown St Augustine and other places. We would definitely stay here again if available.

Only two things that weren’t entirely accurate, but not a deterrent for us. it slept 6 instead of 8 comfortably (did have an air mattress for the ‘8’ so the kids didn’t care) and it was not ocean view. Would stay again. It was an easy short walk to the beach. Great location, clean, spacious, owners easy to get in touch with if needed. Plenty of towels, toiletries if needed, sand toys, chairs, cleaning supplies. Publix and restaurant right across the street was very convenient.

Excellent location

Everything about this location either met or exceeded our expectations. The house is clean and well laid out. There are plenty of amenities to get you through your stay. Location is absolutely excellent. Is a short walk in one direction to the beach and a short walk in the opposite direction to either stores or restaurants.

Great location!

Awesome spot at Vilano Beach and close to downtown, and great to have a Publix across the street! Had a few minor issues during our stay that management resolved, great communication!!

Lovely location

We stayed for the month. I’m sure this is wonderful for short term, long term not so much. The location was perfect. Greg was easy to reach when I had an issue with the code (mainly my fault). Never had any other contact. Found the furniture very uncomfortable as well as 2 of the three beds. The kitchen not stocked well. We added a few things, needs a few more. Again good for short term not long.
