The home was absolutely charming and met our needs. Close enough to walk all over town. Bathrooms are large, bedrooms a good size and lots of closets. Some things to take note -The back yard is not accessible from the house. You have to walk out of the laundry room and then through the gate.There is no exterior light in the back yard - couldn’t see our dogs or use the grill in evenings. Area is loud. McDonald’s is literally right across from the house and was going all day and night. You can hear a lot of traffic and trains from the main road a few feet up. Didn’t bother me much as I’m hard of hearing, but it kept our dogs on alert. Kitchen needs Tupperware or at least Saran Wrap and foil. No way to keep leftovers.Closets need hangers. Very few. We collected about a total of 8 from all three closets.Large sofa is a little too worn in and uncomfortable - you can feel the frame while seated. Water tastes weird. Not sure the filter is changed as needed. Could use a small recycle bin inside. Other than that it’s a great home. Lots of space. Super cute. Tasteful. Games and things onsite. Plenty of cookware, serve ware, dishes, and cups. Starter packs for all bathrooms lasted through the week. Nice linens.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting St. Augustine. It was close enough to everything to allow us time to spend in town without having to drive several miles back to the home.

This little house was absolutely prefect, and so clean. It had everything we needed and wanted. The beds were so comfortable! As we use VRBO often, this is one of the best properties we've stayed in.

Cozy historic house.

We booked this with friends because we wanted to be walking distance from downtown. The location was perfect but we ended up doing the hop on/off trolley due to the brutal heat. We would book it again.
