This is such a cute bnb!! We had a great time, the host was incredibly kind and very easy to communicate with. They went above and beyond to help us. And the hot tub was amazing !

We had 2 families and this was perfect! Not only was the place clean and well kept, it also had nice not cheep furniture. The couch was the star of the show. During our stay kids and adults enjoyed relaxing and sleeping on the couch. After a long day of fun and sun it was the perfect way to unwind. The outdoor rinse off shower was also handly after the beach to rinse everything. Hot tub was perfect as well. All in all it feels like staying with a friend as the accents and furnishings are warm and inviting.

The house was great! So many things to note, but here are a few of the subtle touches that we appreciated. The towels were soft and had a fresh, pleasant clean smell, the couch was deep and VERY comfortable, hot tub was new and worked perfectly, and GREAT quality toilet paper. Communication with the owner was great and we would definitely stay here again!

This house was absolutely perfect for us! It was close to everything. Within walking distance to St George St with all the shops and restaurants. We loved coming back to the house after a great day of sightseeing and enjoying the hot tub! The house is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. The neighborhood felt very safe. Our hosts were very responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the most beautiful home! Bright, cheerful and feels like a home away from home. 15 min easy walk to all the shops. Perfect for a girls trip or a family get away. The back yard is clean and adorable. The owners are so friendly and easy to work with. Very happy with the overall experience. We will be back!

5 stars - would stay here again and recommend it to others! The hosts are so accommodating and kind. We were able to access the home earlier than 4pm which was lovely. The location is perfection - you can walk to lots of delicious restaurants and shops and even St. George St is just a 15 minute jaunt. The home was impeccably clean and had everything you didn't know you needed - hot tub towels and beach towels and cooking utensils and even water bottles if you forgot yours - because I did! The beds were cozy, the bathrooms came with the essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion) and the towels were fluffy. The backyard was enough space to chill outside and the hot tub was a lovely addition. But the best part was the large couch where we could all just hang, chat and recharge. The area is up and coming and it's definitely one of the nicer homes in the area, but as 4 women traveling together, we would walk around in the evening and felt very safe. I hope we can return again soon and we would definitely stay here again. All around - just a lovely home in a charming town.

This house is the cutest on the block with the best decor. We really appreciated having ice, hand soap, & coffee pods on arrival and even some water and snacks in the fridge. The owners thought of everything to make sure we were comfortable. We loved the big couch and kitchen. Flagler college was only 2 blocks away and we were able to walk to many restaurants and the city center. We love The Fish Camp restaurant with their water view. It was only a few blocks away as well. They had a hot tub that looked great but we did not use it. We really appreciated the roman shades for privacy at night. Vilano beach was worth the drive and is gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for an amazing stay at your beautiful home. The location was great!!! So close to the downtown district where all the fun is located. One added bonus was getting to meet Arnold (the pet pig down the street). We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Check in was easy-communication was great with the host. The property was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and the patio was adorable and private. The home was fully equipped with everything you need. Beds were super cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to downtown attractions.
