This south-facing condo, located right across the street from Mammoth Mountain Ski Area's Canyon Lodge and the Village Gondola, offers light-filled and airy living spaces with recent upgrades. The condo features new new flooring, fully upgraded bathrooms, fresh paint, modern lighting fixtures, high-end wall heaters, a new solarium, Hunter Douglas blinds, stylish rugs, and newer furniture.
The open-concept living area is perfect for entertaining or unwinding by the wood fireplace, which is EPA and TOML approved. The beautiful solarium, with ample seating, a small table, and bunk beds, is a cozy spot to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the views with morning coffee or cozy evening dinner.
The spacious entryway is ideal for shedding wet boots and storing skis and boards on the custom rack. Multiple owners' closets provide ample private storage for your mountain gear, allowing you to leave your equipment in the mountains.
Stay warm and dry with secure underground parking and an elevator that takes you directly to your condo. Additional parking for a second vehicle is available in the Phase 2 outdoor lot, a rare find in Mammoth. Electric vehicle owners can use the private EV charging station on-site.
