The resort offers a wonderful outdoor pool and spa, exercise room, ski lockers, underground parking, business center, game room and more. There is also a really nice outdoor fire pit to sit around to tell stories about your day or roast some marshmallows. There is a free complex shuttle that will take you anywhere you want to go in town so getting around is easy! In the winter you can easily walk over to the Little Eagle lodge ski area and snap on your skis or board and access the entire mountain. The condo is decorated in rustic mountain decor throughout with comfortable furnishings to make you feel right at home. Wake up and have your coffee outside on the large porch and take in the views!.
The gas log fireplace gives off a nice romantic ambiance and will warm you after a long day of adventuring. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy meals at home. This is the perfect year round resort in Mammoth.

Everything was great and we would stay again. The only complaint was the dishes, especially the cooking pan needed to be washed before use. Also, the ice cream scoop needs to be thrown away. The scoop left a completely dark gray greasy coating in our gallon of vanilla ice cream. We did not throw it away because of the written instruction of a 100.00 dollar fee if anything was missing.

Ski-in/Ski-Out with a View
Selfishly almost don’t want to share the rave review, but this place is awesome. One of the bigger units in Juniper Springs corner unit with the perfect location to view the bottom of the slopes, and easy access to the lifts at Eagle Lodge. Only minor complaint is that it was a tad under stocked in the kitchen (ex. only 5 forks, 4 wine glasses). Important to note that large SUVs with roof box will not fit in parking garage (must park in outside lot overflow parking shared with the preferred parking, so can be limited availability). Other than that, it was great!

Fantastic Location
Hard to find a better location. Comfortable furnishings (couch was clean & amazingly comfortable, which is hard to find in a rental property), appliances worked great, plenty of utensils/plates/glasses, showers had doable pressure (sounds silly to mention, but when they only dribble H20 it's miserable). Stocked with books & games. Bring your own coffee filters, spices, foil etc. Not a true ski in/out, but still a fantastic location. Super quiet. Management co easy to work with. Juniper front desk staff -5 stars (not owners fault), they are & have always been rude, lazy & condescending. Definitely plan on staying again (checkout list seemed a bit excessive, but I get it people can't be trusted anymore). Thank you for sharing your home!

We are so sorry you were inconvenienced during your stay! We always strive to make every guest stay as perfect as possible, inspecting every property twice between every departure/arrival. Our staff are human of course, and so even if we hit 95%, that still leaves some issues from time to time for guests to contend with.
Mammoth doesn't have much true ski-in/out housing as the ski resort is outside town. There are 2 skiing lodges in town, and almost all the housing around them (except 3 lodges on eagle run) require you to cross some amount of asphalt to get to the lift. When a property is within 20-30 yards of a ski lift, we list it as ski-in/ski-out because it is about as close to any chair lift as one can stay in Mammoth, and we think that's what people are most concerned with.
As a professional property manager we post clear rules, expectations for departure, and potential fees or fines for ignoring those rules during your stay or after departure. We almost never actually fine anyone, because virtually all guests follow the rules. We donÕt ask for anything too hard: no linen stripping, no cleaning- just a few basics like trash removal, heat settings, run the dish washer, etc.).
In accordance with AirBnB policies, our house rules and fines are posted in our ads and available for review prior to booking. These same rules and fines are posted inside the unit to ensure there are no surprises.ÊWe believe posting the rules up front so they are clearly understood to be the best way to meet our dual obligation to our renters, as well as to our homeowners, who expect us to protect their home and investment.
Our check out rules have good reasons for them. For example, failure to remove trash after your stay can invite bears to break in, causing thousands of dollars in property damage. Similarly, a vacant unit left unheated can have pipes burst; parking and noise violations can bring police or HOA fines on the property owner, etc. All our rules have similar logic, I don't have enough space here to explain them all, but call if you're concerned.
