Amazing house! Spacious, well equipped with everything you need. Beach access via golf cart is at the end of the road and super convenient. Rooms were clean and the set up for multiple families was perfect.

We were so excited when we saw our beach house we would be in for the next 5 days. Plenty of room. Plenty of beds. Super clean. Anything you could think of was available in the kitchen. The beach views from the deck were awesome. The walk to the beach was very short. 2 big refrigerators allows us to keep drinks in one and food in the other. They have the coolest microwave in the kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and the showers - lots of pressure. I could have stood in the shower for ever. The only negative thing : the couch in the living room looks great in the pictures and when you walk in. It is not user friendly though. The cabins slid off and it is nearly impossible to get up off the couch. It would be nice to have some safety bars in the bathrooms. Otherwise this is a fantastic place to stain.

The house was great; beautiful home with lots of space and great views. There are two -three empty lots on the first row in front of the house so you get beautiful ocean views. CLEAN and well equipped.The sandpiper neighborhoods beach walkover was a 5 minute walk, if that. It would have been great if the yard was fenced in for the pups but the dogs did fine. The baseball diamond, soccer field and covered basketball court is a block or so behind the house, so that was great for the kids.The gate on the stairs does not have a lock so we made a temporary one out of a tow strap for the dogs for the top deck, since the yard is not fenced. No biggie. Hot water does not last long in the house, even if you are the first one to get to the saved hot water; maybe 5 minutes or so of hot water. We didnt care that much, but on cold mornings it would have been nice to have hot showers you didn't rush through. Beds were comfortable, the rooms are spacious, beautiful and the layout was great for our family of 7 plus 2 dogs. The downstairs has plenty of space(well lit space too) and chairs to hangout around the bar top. We will definitely be staying again.

Home was great - kitchen was well stocked. Great location and finishes are nice. Only thing is that toilet paper and hand soap isn’t provided. Seems like that could be part of the rental amenities.Thanks!
