Great location. House was wonderful. The oven didn’t work so that was disappointing had to change our meals at the last minute.

Amazing house! Spacious, well equipped with everything you need. Beach access via golf cart is at the end of the road and super convenient. Rooms were clean and the set up for multiple families was perfect.

This property was beautiful and so spacious. We loved the kitchen but had problems with the oven the first night. We cook all of our meals so it was a bit of a curveball but they repaired it the next day for us. We could not get the WiFi to work on our phones but it worked on all the TVs so the host said it must be a problem on our phones end. There is an abundance of extra blankets/pillows in the house which is amazing but we had to go buy some fans as they did not allow the temp to go below 70, we like it cold. The 2 fridges in the kitchen was amazing for our large group. Overall we would definitely love to stay here again!

We were so excited when we saw our beach house we would be in for the next 5 days. Plenty of room. Plenty of beds. Super clean. Anything you could think of was available in the kitchen. The beach views from the deck were awesome. The walk to the beach was very short. 2 big refrigerators allows us to keep drinks in one and food in the other. They have the coolest microwave in the kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and the showers - lots of pressure. I could have stood in the shower for ever. The only negative thing : the couch in the living room looks great in the pictures and when you walk in. It is not user friendly though. The cabins slid off and it is nearly impossible to get up off the couch. It would be nice to have some safety bars in the bathrooms. Otherwise this is a fantastic place to stain.

Although you have to check in at the real estate office, the process was smooth and the staff was excellent. The house was very clean and just as advertised on the website. Very nice, and comfortable for our 8 guests. Love the huge kitchen island…..great for everyone gathering for meals….also the open concept to the living area. Wonderful view from the balcony/deck for morning coffee or cocktail at the end of the day. A few items I wish were different; Took us forever to figure out the Lock system on the front door…the instructions on the check-in paper were not that clear. Had to have the handyman show us. Think it would be much easier with a keypad locking system. Also, access to the beach is not that convenient being second row. There is a walking bridge several houses down, but with the amount of stuff we were carrying, we were attempting to use a golf cart and truck. The golf cart path was not well maintained by the HOA and any cart without 4 wheel drive got stuck and had to be pushed out. And there is no car/truck beach access road in the subdivision. We had to leave and go to the next neighborhood to get a truck on the beach. Minor problems in the grand scheme and not really an indictment on the house.

The house was great; beautiful home with lots of space and great views. There are two -three empty lots on the first row in front of the house so you get beautiful ocean views. CLEAN and well equipped.The sandpiper neighborhoods beach walkover was a 5 minute walk, if that. It would have been great if the yard was fenced in for the pups but the dogs did fine. The baseball diamond, soccer field and covered basketball court is a block or so behind the house, so that was great for the kids.The gate on the stairs does not have a lock so we made a temporary one out of a tow strap for the dogs for the top deck, since the yard is not fenced. No biggie. Hot water does not last long in the house, even if you are the first one to get to the saved hot water; maybe 5 minutes or so of hot water. We didnt care that much, but on cold mornings it would have been nice to have hot showers you didn't rush through. Beds were comfortable, the rooms are spacious, beautiful and the layout was great for our family of 7 plus 2 dogs. The downstairs has plenty of space(well lit space too) and chairs to hangout around the bar top. We will definitely be staying again.

Home was great - kitchen was well stocked. Great location and finishes are nice. Only thing is that toilet paper and hand soap isn’t provided. Seems like that could be part of the rental amenities.Thanks!
