The open-concept living room features a 65” SmartTV, plush seating, and a stylish bar area complete with bar cart, whiskey glasses, martini glasses & a cocktail shaker — the perfect setup for group gatherings.

The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, with modern appliances, plenty of cookware, and a Cuisinart Single-Serve Coffee Maker. The large dining table provides room for the whole group to enjoy meals together.

• Heated pool & hot tub (We can heat the pool for you at $35/day. 12 hour notice required to heat the pool. Not available when the outdoor temperature is below 65 degrees.)

The property is located in a residential neighborhood; therefore, we must be respectful of our community. Please see below the following expectations requested by neighbors to ensure you have a smooth stay:

1. We ask that you please abide by quiet hours from 10pm-7am and refrain from using the backyard during these hours. A noise detection device is installed in the backyard to monitor the decibel level. Should we receive an alert from the device or a noise complaint from the neighbors, this will be considered a violation of our house rules and may result in removal from the property without a refund.

2. The property only accommodates four parked cars in the driveway. Please plan accordingly, as the neighborhood does not condone street parking.
