Excessive Mess
âą Excessive mess beyond the normal cleaning standard will result in additional cleaning charges. Cleaners may also charge extra for excessive dirt, stains, or spills requiring specialized care.
Late Check-Out
âą Requests for late check-out must be made prior to the scheduled time. Approval is not guaranteed, and additional charges may apply.
Penalties
âą A $1,000 penalty will be charged for any unauthorized parties, smoking, or drug use inside the home, in addition to cleaning fees and costs for damages.
