This is a beautifully renovated home located minutes from Indian Shores, Madeira Beach and Redington Shores. This centrally located property is within driving distance to all the sandy beaches on the west, including Clearwater, Pier 60 Park, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach and Fort De Soto Park.

If you want to just relax, this 1550 SF property has a spacious open floor plan with a fully renovated kitchen, dining and living room area and 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms to accommodate all your indoor entertainment needs. The backyard has a swimming pool with deck area for the kiddos to take a dip and cool off. Bring your fishing rods so you can do some fishing right from the canal located right in the back yard! Then light up your evening at the fire pit where the kiddos can roast some s'mores.

The third bathroom is conveniently located in the renovated 4th bedroom/entertainment room with access to the back yard and pool, making it easy to wash off after a dip in the pool or lake. There's also a washer/dryer to throw your dirty wet clothes in.

A newly-installed tankless water heater ensures that you won’t run out of hot water in the showers.

WARNING - I would completely avoid this host at all costs. The property does not match the photographs. The swimming pool was totally unusable (see photos). The Host has been an absolute nightmare to communicate with. Full of empty promises and things going wrong. A little honesty is the best policy and this host is far from an honest person. Its a shame as the area is lovely and i will be returning but definitely will be looking for another property to stay. I really hope this review helps others to not make the same mistake that we did.

Great Location

The house was a perfect location for us and our family. Just a 10min drive to beautiful gulf beaches, we were able to spend time at the beach and the house pool every day. The house is short drive to groceries, shopping and restaurants. House owner was very accommodating to my requests.

Seminole Stay

Very clean property, Wi-Fi was excellent. Hot water supply was insufficient for 2 or more people to shower back to back. Pool does not have a running filter system so it gets a lot of debris from the foliage and requires constant cleaning if you want to use it. Close to several outstanding parks with great walking trails.

Very nice house - very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Great location.But we ran out of hot water often, sometimes with just 2 showers. Dishwasher was junk, didn't get dishes clean and had to dry everything when it came out, so we quit using it.Much of the outdoor furniture and the beach equipment was unusable. out.Most Outdoor furniture

Family Reunion

This place was perfect for our little family reunion. The kids had the pool the men had fishing and there was plenty of space for our entire family of 6. Great location with grocery store and beach near. We would love to stay again!

Straight Peace

The house matches its listing perfectly. The kids had fun fishing and watching gators in the canal behind the property. It was a short drive to the beaches and the pool was the perfect way to end the day. We would definitely return to this property!

Nice home will be back!!!!!

The home was up to date and spacious. We enjoyed fishing and relaxing in the pool. The pool was not cleaned to my liking and the host had the pool guys come out the next day. The property is in a great location - the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I will definitely return.

Perfect for our family

This place was perfect for my family. It had everything we needed, the biggest draw for us was the pool & being on a canal. My brother in law & nephew spent hours fishing and trying to catch the baby gators in the water. The bathroom in the garage with a shower was great. The space was good for us, 3 adults, 3 children (1 teen) and a baby. Really cool shower in the primary room. Id definitely recommend staying here, we'll keep it on our list for future stays!

Fun Times in Seminole

The property is perfectly placed close to restaurants, the beach and shopping, which was perfect for us! There are things to do that are close but the location is quiet and private. This was our second time of staying at this property and we felt very safe and comfortable and at home here! I would recommend it to anyone!

Great Spot

4 adults that enjoy cycling, it was a great spot, easy access to Pinellas Trails. The house was very well equipped for doing our own meals, plenty of dishes, could use a little more cutlery, but not a big deal. The Bbq was the best we've ever had at a VRBO!! Totally enjoyed our stay here.

Loved our stay

We had 4 children with us and our son and they couldn't believe how nice a place it was. I enjoyed the fishing and 3 of our kids did as well. It was so relaxing everyday at your place. Thanks for allowing us to stay. We use vrbo for one of your vacation spots in Brown County Indiana(Nashville, In). Thanks again, Jim,Jan,Nathan,Elizabeth, Atticus,Keira and Parker.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay and the property was a good size for the 6 of us and centrally located to beaches. The AC cannot keep up so expect it to warm up throughout the day. It'll be cool in the morning then warm up during the day and evening despite the temp being set. We alerted the host and they were very responsive in sending out a tech but it didn't help much. I'm guessing the unit isn't large enough for the house after the addition. There were some issues with things being clean. I had to wash most dishes I took out of the cabinet before using. We were disappointed that there was sand all over our sheets on the master bed the first night we come in to sleep. The backyard is nice in theory but the "grass" isn't kept up with and overgrown so walking to the fire pit area will cover your feet. We didn't use the deck because walking on it felt like it was going to snap so we didn't setup the patio furniture. We found items under the chair and couch in the living room that obviously wasn't cleaned. Overall we enjoyed our stay but wish it had been cleaner and backyard had more attention paid to it for outdoor entertaining.

A Get A Way

A beautiful home that accommodated all of us. Exactly as described. All the amenities needed to have a cooked meal or BBQ by the pool. Having a place to do laundry was a huge place. No need to bring dirty laundry home. Communication was very easy. We would recommend the property for anyone.
