The Space



This two-story property can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in its 5 bedrooms. Each bedroom comes complete with a private full bathroom and air conditioning.

Getting Around:

The estate is 30 minutes from Presidente Juan Bosch International Airport (El Catey), 1 hour from Arroyo Barril International Airport, and 2 hours from Las Americas International Airport in Santo Domingo by car.



In order to explore the Las Terrenas area, which will allow you to enjoy the island to the fullest, driving is recommended. Please let us know if we can assist with arranging car service or a rental.



Other Things to Note:

One round-trip airport transfer is included in the price of your stay.



A security deposit of $2,300, facilitated by the Host, is required at check-in, payable by cash or credit card.



In case any damage is made to the property, the value of the goods or repairs will be deducted from the deposit in case the damage is equal to or less than the amount of the deposit.
