Granite countertops are installed all over the home, from the full kitchen all the way up to the designated desk workspace upstairs. You'll love all the beachy decor inside and out! The main bedroom's private balcony is perfect for enjoying the fresh air after a night out.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: One car garage and room for two cars in the driveway.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
City/town permit number: STR2022-305950
Pool: Is heated to 80 degrees , it does not get hot tub hot.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
