Cozy Costal Condo

Beautifully furnished 1300 sq. ft. condo that sleeps 8 comfortably is centrally located on North Padre Island where boating, fishing, and sunbathing are the main attractions. The condo is comfortable, cozy and coastal. Whitecap beach is only a mile away, and the closest boat ramp is right around the corner. There are plenty of things to see and do on the island, or travel across the bridge to Corpus Christi for some great shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Winter Texans welcome!

Local Attractions: Whitecap Beach, Bob Hall Pier, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Mustang Island Beach, JP Luby Surf Park, National Seashore State Park, Packery Channel, Port Aransas Beach, Laguna Madre, La Palmera Mall, Jetties, Boat ramp, horseback riding on the beach, miniature gold at Treasure Island.

Attractions in Corpus Christi: Texas State Aquarium, South Texas Botanical Gardens, The USS Lexington, or Hurricane Alley Water Park, Texas A&M

To ensure both the safety of our guests and our property we have placed a camera facing the street inside the garage and there is a ring doorbell with a camera on it at the front door.

Awesome stay

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and everything was as described in the listing. We took advantage of the grill and life jacket as the surf was a little rough for the kids. I would recommend this place for other families.

Home Away From Home

Relaxing & comfortable cozy condo. Perfect for a family getaway -- close to beach, market plus pool at location is walking distance and a picnic table right outside to grill and/or enjoy an outside meal.

Beach getaway

The condo was amazing! With three bedrooms, we all had plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and then some! They even had chairs and boogie boards, and kayaks for use of tou would like. We will definitely return:)

Everything was great!! Our only recommendation would be to maybe add a king size bed to that beautiful large main room. Other than that, everything was amazing & perfect!!

We were surprised to see all the things that were there for our use. BBQ grill, kayaks, fridge in garage, canopy , chairs, pods for dishwasher, fishing poles, boogie boards, towels, sheets, pillows ect

VACAY 2023

The house was very clean and comfortably. The beds were awesome, it had everything we needed for the beach. Neighborhood was quiet. The only thing was my son in law didn't get to grill, cuz there was no gas. But he still enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. We would stay again, maybe longer.

Just enough

We had a ton of fun and it was a good spot to lay our heads. Kitchen has tons of supplies to cook. The grill need some TLC. I would say the sheets need an upgrade. Super uncomfortable and worn out. Only left us one trash bag which sucked. And the mattress were so uncomfortable. Ours sank in the middle. Over all it was good but just needs some touch ups

Place as described. Perfect for the 8 of us, Clean, comfortable beds and enough hot water, plenty of towels. Short drive to the beach. The complex's pool was a great amenity. Couldn't get a wifi connection to use TVs but not a deal breaker. Will definitely return!

The location was perfect, maybe a 5 min drive to the beach, the home itself was lovely, couldn’t have asked for more!

Great potential

The property and location was great. We enjoyed our stay and the kitchen had all the amenities. The bathrooms were clean and towels and toiletries were provided. Unfortunately the master bedroom mattress was not comfortable and I ended up going to sleep on the bunk beds so my husband could be more comfortable but awoke both nights multiple times. It’s time to get a new mattress and maybe bigger bed. When we arrived the cleaning crew or previous guest did not take the trash out in the garage. It had fish and flies all in it which resulted in my kids dry heaving as soon as we arrived. No fault to the owner and I alerted them. It was a simple error but the smell had gotten into the house so our arrival was spent trying to resolve the smell. Overall it was a beautiful home with lots of room and comfort of home.
