Stayed for 6 days. The unit and location was perfect. You could throw a rock from the balcony into the gulf. Another positive is it’s on a 500 yard stretch of beach that is blocked off from vehicles so even over the weekend that stretch is not crowded at all. Will be staying there again

Beautifully renovated condo with amazing ocean view and wrap around balcony. This stretch of White Cap Beach doesn’t allow vehicles so it is basically your own private beach. The unit was well stocked with all essentials and then some. The bed was very comfortable. Having coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise was awesome. And it’s Pet Friendly. Definitely a rare find.

Great views of the ocean and beach from inside as well as outside on the corner balcony. Easy access to the beach. Perfect location for visiting Mustang Island, Padre National Seashore and other nature locations. Very close to restaurants. Unit was clean, updated, well supplied with bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. There is a combination Keurig unit and several choices of coffee pre-supplied. The pre-arrival, check-in and check-out processes were seamless. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly look to rent again next time we are visiting the area.

Although the exterior property could use some updating, the condo was the cutest space, modern and very comfortable and adequate for our needs. You could see the beach from any angle of the main living area, Loved! Absolutely loved the balcony with the view as we were directly on the beach and enjoyed the nice patio furniture! Jason was amazing to work with and very responsive. He was very accommodating to my request for a Happy Birthday message and a few birthday decorations to help celebrate my daughter and husband's upcoming birthdays. It was a quick walk to the beech with outside shower stalls to rinse off sand, a plus! Staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the facility pool! I would definitely recommend!

The view, with all those windows, was absolutely awesome. The place was immaculately clean and well appointed. Jason was helpful with any questions before arrival and sent a nice message the day of. The grounds were well maintained as was the pool. We had a great time celebrating my Wife’s birthday and Mothersday.

This was one of the very best rentals that I have ever found. Aside from the stunning ocean views, the space was so comfortable. Little things like towel hooks in the bathroom and big things like comfy recliners. We were sad to leave and cannot wait to return.

The location was fantastic- panoramic ocean view- and our host was very accommodating and responsive. We brought our dog with us (his first time to the beach) and we had a great time. The unit is also located nearby the stairs and elevator which made unloading/loading very easy. Would highly recommend!!
