SPACES
This modernized cabin-style home is really two homes on one property. The main house has 3 bedrooms (bunkroom-no stairs required, queen bedroom- 2nd floor, and primary King bedroom-3rd floor) with full kitchen, living room, 2nd living room, and 3 full bathrooms and is approximately 2,300 sq ft. The 2nd home is 25 feet from main house and has the converted 3 car RV garage game room with upstairs 2nd-level kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (bunk room with 2 bunk-beds and queen bedroom) with one full bathroom. Each house has plenty of deck-space with views of the lake. Both homes do have several stairs to reach bedrooms and main living spaces are on 2nd floors. There is plenty of space to park several cars (10 very comfortably). Keep in mind the homes themselves are modest country-style homes with wood floors and rustic charm.
*IMPORTANT*
LAKE ACCESS: a boat rental service company can be arranged after the booking however they will not deliver to the home itself. The drop off/pickup for the boat rental will be arranged offsite. If you have a boat, you are welcome to bring it and there is a public boat ramp about 5 min away to access the lake. Please note that the waters can be shallow around the property and it may be difficult to access with your boat. We do have 2 covered boat slips on-site if desired. There are some hazards north of 1097 bridge so please do your research so you understand the risks associated with parking your boat at the property.
ELEVATOR: There is an elevator in the main house that can reach the 2nd floor with queen bed. If you have elderly or those that need assistance or require the use of the elevator, please let us know as we will provide a separate key with code to access it.
WATER SAFETY: While this home does have some fencing, please note there is NO fencing around the pool or fencing to prevent children from falling into the lake so please prepare accordingly. You release the owner and property manager from any liability for the use of the property and understand water risks of being lakefront and with a pool.
