This Salcedo Square 1BR home in the heart of Makati offers a peaceful retreat while still allowing to immerse yourself in the vibrant lifestyle of Salcedo Village, Makati City. Indulge in international cuisines with assorted restaurants that line up the streets. On weekends, relax in the park or embark on a road trip out of Manila or fly to an island, with the airport conveniently located 15-20 minutes by car.
Enjoy the covered swimming pool & fitness center to keep up with a healthy lifestyle.
For guests with a car, street parking is available for a fee.
You can enjoy the privacy of a 32 square meter one bedroom unit with a fully equipped kitchen complete with stoves, oven, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dinnerware set, dining utensils, glassware, wine glasses, French press and teapot.
There is a spacious and well-lit living and dining area, WiFi, LG smart washer/dryer, a toilet and bath with bidet, water heater, bathroom tissue, towels and toiletries.
The bedroom comes with a 50-inch smart TV (Netflix, YouTube etc), a working desk/dresser, closet and comfortable double bed with hotel-like linens and pillows.
Extra towels and linens are in the chest drawer. Clothes hanger and steamer are in the wardrobe closet and hair dryer is stored under the bathroom sink.
A convenience store, restaurant and hair salon are located on the ground floor of the building while assorted restaurants, banks, shops and other services that line up the streets of Salcedo village are walking distance.
