3 lit / 2 ba Homestead privé maison butée espace ouvert. Idéal pour les familles et les chiens.

Cette maison privée à Homestead of Edwards est à 7 minutes des lots de Beaver Creek et à environ 15 minutes des lots de Vail. Il se trouve sur un demi-acre et offre une vue imprenable sur la vallée. La rénovation de l'été 2018 a rendu cette maison encore meilleure pour les familles. Il y a trois chambres plus une gigogne jumelle dans l'une des chambres. Wi-Fi gratuit sur place, télévisions intelligentes dans toutes les chambres, vaste ensemble de cùbles, mobilier et literie haut de gamme, plan d'étage ouvert, cuisine bien équipée, deux terrasses extérieures, un barbecue, un garage pour deux voitures et une buanderie complÚte. Il y a des jouets et une cuisine de jeu sur place ainsi qu'un sac à dos et un jeu. Les chiens adorent les sentiers de randonnée par la porte arriÚre. Nous disposons de services de ramassage des ordures et de gestion immobiliÚre, ainsi que d'une excellente équipe de nettoyage, qui veille à ce que notre domicile adapté aux chiens convienne aux personnes souffrant d'allergies.

We had a very nice stay and highly recommend it. The only thing that could have made the stay perfect was if the backyard was completely fenced. That would have made it easier with our dogs, but we were able to make it work. Very beautiful home and a very accommodating host.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The property was such a wonderful location! Huge picture windows that look out on open space, comfy furniture, super cute decor and just a quick drive down to restaurants and shops. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Thanksgiving getaway

Great location for dog lovers in great neighborhood right at a trail head. It’s the 4th time for us staying here and experienced phenomenal snow service as we got almost 2 feet of snow. Will come again next year

Perfect Location!

We’ve stayed in the Edwards area several times before, but this location was perfect with a trail system directly behind the house. The house has everything you need and they even had toys out for my son. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful Stay!

Great property, very clean and spacious. The location was perfect. We felt like we were at home. Our dogs also had a great time walking in the open space and making friends with other neighborhood dogs. We would definitely stay again.

We will be back!!

Melinda's place perfectionated our week long ski trip with our old family friends. Weather was perfect and the scenary from the bay window by a fireplace was serene and made us feel at home. Everything was well appointed and a big waterfall kitchen island and a dining table made our gatherings even more enjoyable. Nice and quiet neighbor and we saw whitetail deer families as well in the neighbor. We are coming back Thank you!!!

Beautiful home

This property was such a great find. So beautifully renovated, and 5 of us slept very well in the comfortable beds. The location is fantastic and really close to Edwards restaurants and shops. The kitchen and living area are spacious and great hangout spots. And the house was well stocked with everything we could ever need. We are picky about lodging, and we could not have been happier with this house. Will definitely plan on renting again. Highly recommend!

It was the best part of the trip!

They let’s us bring our babies which was so sweet of them. We had a fabulous time and the downstairs was big enough for our little family so we didn’t have to stay upstairs. Our dogs don’t do stairs well. The entire house was beautiful and the property as well. We for very lucky finding this place and we will stay there again

LOVED IT SO MUCH!

This was such a great spot - the perfect spot for relaxing, but also close enough to both BC & Vail for some mountain time! We kept saying how great we slept because the beds are INCREDIBLE. There’s so much attention to detail in this space, idk that I’ve ever stayed in an VRBO this well stocked & maintained! We’ll be back same place & time next year and we can’t wait!

Wonderful mountain home

We had a great week long stay. The house is perfectly appointed and in a beautiful location. we loved making meals in the beautiful updates kitchen, playing card game hanging out in the living room. All of the bedrooms are extremely comfortable, each with their own TV. The entire property is very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are well appointed with towels, shampoo, and soap. The was a fantastic place to stay for our ski vacation!

This house was huge, immaculate and had beautiful views. Easy to find and was well equipped. Parking was a breeze and the neighbors were super nice. AMAZING!!

Second time staying at this wonderful property! I stayed one year ago, and the property is still in fantastic shape! Melinda is always responsive and wonderful. This place is modern and has all the amenities - a hot tub for winter use would make this property a 6 out of 5

A perfect house for our skiing trip staying during Christmas

The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It has everything that we need for our family to have a great time. House is located in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to markets and restaurants. A gate at the front of the house allows access to the park with many trails to walk our dog is super convenient. The last but not the least, the host is very responsive and helpful. We would not hesitate to come back again if we are visiting the areas in the future. Thank you for a wonderful house.

We live in NY now, but we bought this house as a primary residence while living and working in Edwards. Melinda is a Veterinarian and Brian runs a privately held restaurant and real estate group. We share our home with a daughter, a small super-mutt, a German Shepherd, and a small, fierce cat. The three animals used to love spending all day outside patrolling the property.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This house has spectacular views. We used to sit on the porch and watch the storms roll in over Castle Peak. The other side of the house boasts a sweeping view of the forever wild Webster-Scutter Ranch. The 1/2 acre lot is quite private despite being in a neighborhood. It is close to Edwards' shopping, restaurants, skiing. Our neighbors are phenomenal.

Our recent renovation in Summer 2018 made the house even more comfortable and usable for families and groups. Our premium furnishings and linens are incredibly comfortable. The bay window looks out to the open space where you will often see a lot of wildlife. There are many hummingbirds in this area. You can go out the front door and head out to the open space hiking trails. We have landscaped our yard so that the property has become a private sanctuary. There is an ample yard for dogs and kids to run around.
