Villa Gozcu

Villa Gozcu is a 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa (3 double rooms, 3 twin rooms all with ensuite) located in the Komurluk area of Kalkan with views of Kalkan bay and the town itself. Palm Beach Club with it’s water sports, restaurant and bar facilities is just a 5 minute downhill walk from the villa. The walk to Kalkan’s public beach and the town with its array of shops, restaurants and bars will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, a water taxi runs from Palm Beach Club to the harbour.

At ground floor level there is a large open plan living room, with fully fitted kitchen and dining area which opens directly onto the pool terrace. Outside there are sun loungers for 12, parasols, comfy seating areas, BBQ and a covered outside dining area. A ‘view point’ seating area on the roof of the pergola over the outside dining area offers an individual vantage point to enjoy the view of the bay and the harbour. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with ensuite and a side garden terrace area.

A flight of stairs takes you down to the games floor level where you can play snooker and table tennis. There is gym equipment (cross trainer, treadmill, exercise bike) and a TV + DVD with comfy seating area. On this floor there is also a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room which opens onto a walled garden area. Also on this floor you will find the utility room with washing machine and laundry facilities and separate wc.

On the first floor you will find three beautiful bedrooms, two doubles and one twin all with ensuite shower rooms and private balconies. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling picture windows with one way glass to take full advantage of the view.

On the top floor is a twin bedroom with ensuite and a magnificent roof terrace.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with a satellite TV, DVD player and large flat screen and has wireless internet connection and ipod docking station. The property is monitored by cctv on entrance points
