The sleeping area includes a beautiful master bedroom with a spacious and comfortable double bed. From here, you can access a second bedroom furnished with a high-quality French bed — an ideal setup for families or groups who wish to stay close while maintaining their own space.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a large refrigerator with Ice Maker, Nespresso machine, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook and share meals around the dining table.

The bathrooms are truly a highlight of this apartment: spacious, elegant, and featuring spectacular showers that offer a luxurious and relaxing experience.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, free Wi-Fi, a fire extinguisher, and carbon monoxide and gas detectors, in full compliance with safety regulations.

Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00. (3pm to 9pm) Check-ins after 21:00 (9.00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-out: by 10:30.

Flexibility for check-in and check-out times is available, subject to apartment availability and cleaning requirements.

An extra fee of €35 will be applied for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, and Easter Sunday.

At check-in, guests must provide identification documents for all individuals staying in the apartment and sign the rental agreement.
