Jennifer was a wonderful host! She was super responsive and extremely accommodating. Our flight landed early in the morning, and she worked with us so we could check in early. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality

We had a wonderful stay! Jennifer was a great host and very responsive and easy to communicate with. The apartment was very clean, had excellent A/C, and was very well equipped. The location was great - very safe, an easy walk to Termini station, and near restaurants. Highly recommend and we would love to stay here again!

Great location, 15 minute stroll to the Colosseum. We are a family of 5 and with two queen beds and bunks, nobody had to share a bed. Kitchen was handy for small meals. No living room but it was no big deal.

Loved this property. Comfortable beds, ample bathrooms for a family of five and great location. We could basically walk anywhere we wanted. A/C worked very well and meeting our host right away was perfect. Communication was great as well.

This was a perfect stop for my family of five. A 10 minute walk to Roma Termini, or a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. Your choice! Plenty of great eating options in the local area. VERY funky elevator to get to the apartment, and you have about 20 steps up to get to it. The elevator fits one person 2 luggage at a time, but it is speedy and very efficient. A great amount of room and amenities for being in the heart of Rome!

Great place to stay

Awesome place for the 5 of us. Had everything we needed. It is located close to the train station that allowed us to walk from the train station when we arrived in Rome also close to the subway and bus stops. Checking was easy and Edoredo was very helpful and full of suggestions if place to go and things to do.

Close enough to walk

We enjoyed our stay. It is a small place but most apartments are here. The only issues were the showers had mold and there was minimal toilet paper. It is about 15-20 minute walks to major sites.

Thank you for your review. For the sole benefit of our future guests, we would like to point out that black silicone is used in the showers to seal the shower pan gaskets. It is absolutely not mold, it is black silicone. Sincerely, BDC Apartments Staff

Wonderful apartment, great location

We came from US with limited knowledge of the city and this apartment was perfect for a larger family. We have 5 people and this easily accommodated our family. The apartment was fairly modern inside, very clean and had everything needed for a long weekend (or even an extended stay). Nice small veranda with view of city streets. Can walk to Colosseum or down to central dining and shopping in 5-7min. Checkin process was very easy and they even helped get us a private van to the airport upon departure. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for anyone coming to visit Rome.

Roman holiday

Our flight came in at 8pm, our host was there at the house to great us, with keys and information regarding home and restaurants to eat, Apart was great location close to bus stops and within walking distance to colosseum and basilica. Having three bathrooms made getting ready in the morning great so that we can make our tours. One thing, if you have bad knees or issues climbing up or down stairs, please be aware that elevator only takes one person at a time. I heard a few older people talk about it during our stay.Keep in mind the area “monti” means mountain and expect steps, inclines and slopes. But it’s hip with artist, designer shopping, flower stands, markets, and plenty of restaurants. We enjoyed our time on this property and area
