This three-story coastal retreat sits just minutes from the sugar-white sands of Inlet Beach, where turquoise waters and a relaxed atmosphere make every day feel like vacation. Surrounded by the charm of Florida’s Scenic 30A, you’ll be within easy reach of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seacrest—offering boutique shopping, waterfront dining, and bike paths that wind along the shoreline.

Inside, bright design and open spaces set the tone for connection and comfort. The main living room on the first floor features comfortable seating and a smart TV, flowing into the dining area and full kitchen, complete with a smart fridge and all the essentials for cooking and entertaining. A dedicated kid-friendly reading nook tucked into the first floor invites little ones to settle in with a book while adults gather nearby. A separate first-floor sitting room includes a cozy pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space.

Four bedrooms comfortably sleep up to ten guests: a serene king suite with ensuite bath, two queen rooms, and a twin room perfect for kids or friends. Families will love the thoughtfully designed nursery on the third floor, complete with a pack ’n play and changing table. With three and a half bathrooms, everyone will have space to refresh, including walk-in showers and a shower/tub combo.

Outdoor living is where Driftwood Dreams shines. Sip morning coffee on the covered porch, fire up the BBQ grill or pizza oven for alfresco dinners, or lounge in the sun with a good book. Evenings are best spent around the firepit with chairs for the whole group, while the outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach effortless. A washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays. Guests also have access to a heated community pool, perfect for relaxing swims in every season—whether you’re cooling off after a day at the beach or enjoying a refreshing start to your morning.

30A is a 20-mile stretch of beaches and coastal towns along Florida’s famous Emerald Coast. From Seaside down past Laguna, you’ll find white sands, azure waters, and laid-back vibes. This region takes a relaxed approach to oceanfront living, with boutique shops and local seafood on every main street. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!

Local Attractions: The Big Chill 30A, Gulf Place Plaza, Camp Helen State Park, Henderson Beach State Park A, Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grayton Beach State Park, Alys Beach, Seaside Beach, Watercolor Beach.

Home Truth:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- A pack’n’play is available upon request.
- The home is equipped with two full sets of washer and dryer for your convenience.
- The communal pool is heated year-round.

Parking Details:
- Parking: 2 driveway spaces are available for guests.
- Street parking is not allowed. Vehicles parked on the street may be towed.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

This house had so much potential to be great, but sadly, it was lacking. First, the microwave sparked every time we used it. The A/C system are mini splits, and oddly, the bottom floor was the hottest and never cooled down. There was ONE unit to cool the entire second floor living area which was veryyy hard to do and impossible to do while cooking. The third floor was the coolest and had three units total (one for each bedroom and one for the hall/stairwell. The unit in the queen guest room on the third floor started leaking and maintenance came out quickly to look at it as well as the microwave, but the A/C continued leaking the next day so bad that it came through to the balcony on the second floor and it also got an outlet wet causing all of the outlets to go out in that room. We reported this and maintenance never came back out, leaving us unable to use that unit which then meant we could not use that room because it was too hot. This was very inconvenient as we were utilizing all rooms with six adults and two kids. We also had issues with the showers and the house itself has not been kept up very well. There are just several small things that obviously show the house was not built well and/or kept up well. The management team was very quick with responses and maintenance was quick to come out the first time, but just never returned to fix anything. To sum it all up, I wish I could leave a better review, but I just can’t. The house was clean but it needs attention/work

This house is beautiful. It was exactly as advertised. We did have an issue with the air conditioning on the first floor. The owner of the property came out to correct it immediately and was back the next day to check on it. The pool is also very nice. This house is walking distance from a beautiful beach.
