INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Beautiful House and location

The house and location was amazing! Panhandle getaways handled everything amazingly anytime we had a request or question.

Vacation 2023

The property was great, a little disappointed that there was so much traffic...crossing the road with the golf cart with no red light etc. speed limit was 35 but traffic went no less than 55. Everything else was great!

Family Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Harlie’s House! The house delivered just as described and the manager was prompt in answering any questions we had such as bike lock codes, etc. the layout worked perfectly for us. The golf cart was a must and the only drawback was the beach was a distance away. We did have fun on the golf cart but it made going back and forth to the beach a little difficult for those who didn’t want to stay the whole day. Other than that, I would highly recommend this property.

Inlet Beach rental

The house was nice and close to shopping and restaurants. WARNING if you rent in this neighborhood, the golf cart is useless…we were not aware you couldn’t cross the main road to get to the beach! The property group didn’t state you couldn’t go to the beach on the golf cart. One of our guests ended up getting a ticket for crossing, even though there are no signs saying so. One of the reasons we rented here is to have the golf cart for the beach!

The community’s golf cart rules are set by local ordinance, and while carts are a convenient way to explore the neighborhood and nearby attractions, beach access across the main road is not permitted by law.
