Profitez du cadre paisible et serein tout en vous relaxant sur l’immense terrasse surplombant les arbres. Profitez du foyer à gaz tout en sirotant du vin avec des amis ou en vous amusant avec les kiddos le soir!

Idéalement situé entre des centaines de sentiers de randonnée / motoneige, les plages du lac Tahoe et plusieurs stations de ski. Parfait pour les loisirs d'hiver et d'été. Cette maison est bien adaptée pour plusieurs familles avec des zones de couchage séparées.

Il y a trois niveaux avec quatre chambres à coucher, une salle bonus avec un canapé-lit queen-size, 3 salles de bain 1/2, des salles de jeux pour enfants et adultes avec air hockey, plateau de lecture aléatoire, table d'échecs et jeux.

Comprend des ponts doubles, un foyer à gaz extérieur, un bain à remous, une cuisine bien approvisionnée, y compris une marmite pour des dîners faciles, une cafetière, une cafetière, un mixeur, un mini-robot, un cuiseur à riz, un gaufrier belge, des plateaux de cuisson, etc. barbecue à gaz et table à manger en plein air sur le pont supérieur.

Il y a un garage pour 2 voitures (peut accueillir 2 voitures de taille petite à moyenne) plus une salle pour le bateau, les véhicules de camping et tous vos jouets d'hiver et d'été. En hiver, vous pouvez glisser directement devant la porte!

Si vous devez travailler ou vérifier votre durée de vie, le bureau est équipé d'une station d'accueil avec moniteur, clavier et imprimante, apportez simplement votre ordinateur portable.

L'accès à Incline Village Beaches est inclus dans la location. Les frais d'entrée s'appliquent. Les droits d'entrée aux plages sont actuellement de 12 $ par adulte et de 5 $ par enfant. Incline Village Rec Center est également disponible avec piscine. Burnt Cedar Beach possède une piscine extérieure en été.

Tami is a great host and was very accommodating!! The house came stocked with everything we needed to enjoy a week up in the mountains to make our home away from home. The property was ideal both in size for two families as well as its location to Diamond Peak, shops, etc. Highly recommended!!

The patio decks were beautiful, well maintained, hot tub was amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and more. Seemed like a lot of rules when reading about it but it wasn’t bad and we felt comfortable and the house was super clean and safe. Beds comfortable. Would highly recommend for families.

Great location, beautiful property and wonderful host. Tami is a good communicator and has thought of every single detail. Perfect property for our group of 3 couples. Each couple had a separate floor with bed and bath. The decks were the highlight-we loved sitting outside any time of day. The house was very clean and well stocked.

Family reunion location

Beautiful, very well supplied home near beaches and shopping/activities. Great set up for adults and littles. Fabulous lower deck with awesome hot tub, separate bed/bath spaces for privacy, fun and games for the entire family! We would stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation

We loved our week in this home. It is very comfortable and cute. We used the hot tub nightly, cooked in the kitchen and on the grill, played their board games, and slept in comfortable beds. There were 6 of us, all adults, and there was plenty of room on the couch and at the dinning room table. What a wonderful time!

Family Time

We had the most wonderful stay at ”Bearadise.” Heaven from reservation to check out. Tami was quick to respond to my every question. The house instruction binder was extremely helpful. This home was perfect! The house was immaculate. There was a great amount of supplies and other amenities available that were useful for our stay. The house is in a very peaceful location and the town of Incline Village was a quick drive.

OUTSTANDING

Prior to our arrival, I had questions regarding our stay. The host immediately responded to my questions and was very helpful. Upon arrival, I noticed the house, inside and out, matched the photos online. The property was clean and all the amenities mentioned were available. The property is centrally located and just minutes from several beaches, hikes, dining and other activities. My family and I truly enjoyed “Bearadise” and will recommend it to all our friends headed to the Tahoe area.

My husband and I are ordinary hard working professionals. We are avid ski and snowboarders and have always dreamed of owning our own home in Tahoe. With a lot of hard work and determination we finally made our dreams come true! This is our "vacation" home and we are thrilled to share it with you.

This home is very special to us. We fell in love with the location as it perfectly accommodates the best of both winter and summer activities Tahoe has to offer. We decked it out with as many amenities as we could to make it a fun, relaxing, and convenient vacation home for both adults and kids. It is not a PARTY home. It is a FAMILY home.

Head out to the deck to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the fresh air and the smell of pine trees. Or enjoy the serenity while sipping a glass of wine! Then unwind from your day of adventures in the beautiful hot tub on the lower deck. The home offers great separation for multi-family vacations. Shuffle board, air hockey and chess tables kick the excitement up a notch when wanting to stay in. Plenty of board games for family and friend bonding evenings.
