The apartment is close to Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center. We found it convenient. It met our needs for cooking, sleeping, and doing laundry. I recommend it.

I needed a short-term place for my tenant while my rental was being remodeled, and what was supposed to be a week turned into a longer stay due to delays.Tatiana and her husband were super accommodating and understanding with all the extensions, and really easy to communicate with. My tenant was very happy and comfortable the whole time.Great location too. Would definitely recommend—thanks again!

Imnaculately clean. Fully supplied kitchen, bathroom. Hosts are friendly, open to communication ( via text), and want you to be comfortable. Place is not huge. No scenic views. but perfect if you need a place to sleep, cook, and visit locally.

Once again, this wonderful couple who owns a great little Vrbo in a prime part of San Pedro really came through for me. My tenant was unexpectedly displaced from my rental property due to a contractor who bailed on the job, and I was in a tough spot.I reached out to them directly, and they went above and beyond to make everything happen smoothly through the app. Their responsiveness, flexibility, and willingness to help truly made a stressful situation so much easier.I couldn’t be happier with both the Vrbo experience and these hosts. Their service was top-notch across the board. Thank you so much—I truly appreciate it!
