Ce 630 pieds carrés condo prime est situé dans le bùtiment historique et rénové de Bab. Le Babs charismatique, construit en 1905, vous amÚne à l'ùme de la communauté Missoula dans un battement de coeur. Idéalement situé sur la bande de Hip animé de Missoula, l'Babs est entouré par les meilleurs restaurants et les boulangeries de la ville. Tout est juste un pied.

Le condo a Ă©tĂ© soigneusement conçu pour une intime 'Victorian / Queen Ann sentir »et est idĂ©al pour sortir de la ville les visiteurs qui cherchent Ă  explorer Missoula et la rĂ©gion environnante. cuisine neuve, fonctionnelle et ouverte, de hauts plafonds et de nouvelles fenĂȘtres apportent beaucoup de lumiĂšre naturelle Ă  l'espace. Mise Ă  jour de bain, appareils et autres Ă©quipements sont complĂ©tĂ©s par les planchers originaux bruts de chĂȘne, des arches d'Ă©poque et murs en briques apparentes rappelant les visiteurs des temps anciens. La chambre principale est livrĂ© avec une salle de bain privĂ©e, air conditionnĂ©, un matelas Tempur-Pedic king-size et de bois solide cadre de lit caryer et tables de nuit. Le salon avec deux canapĂ©s est fait pour la dĂ©tente. - Un, salon du sous-sol communal entiÚrement rénovée comprenant une table officielle taille de la piscine, une grande télévision par cùble à écran et des siÚges confortables. Aussi une glaciÚre, évier, toilettes, laveuse et sécheuse sont facilement accessibles.
- Un classique, jardin clÎturé avec un grand patio commun, y compris des chaises, des tables, des bancs et un barbecue au propane Viking.

Great Missoula location

This property is in a GREAT location in Missoula, walking distance to several good coffee shops, and just across the bridge from downtown Missoula and all the great restaurants there. Rates at the time of our stay were very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Best place to stay in Missoula

This condo is a great place to stay—smack dab in the middle of everything you'd want to be near in Missoula, easy to get to, and best of all, a beautiful place. The Babs is quiet, the amenities are nice, the rooms comfortable and the price can't be beat. We only had a couple of days in the unit, but I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Great Location

Such a nice condo right in the heart of Missoula. This place is close to everything and easy to bicycle from to the majority of Missoula. House had everything we needed and was well appointed. Great experience and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Missoula

Wedding headquarters

The condo was perfect for enjoying all the wedding festivities. All venues were in walking distance and we thoroughly enjoyed the downtown. Could not of been the more perfect spot!!

Great place!

This place was perfect for our family of 3. Lots of great restaurants nearby, walking distance to Caras park, the carousel and the Saturday farmer's market - which is awesome by the way. There were books and toys for my toddler to play with so we didn't need to bring much for him. The communal lounge downstairs is really nice, we bbqd and played pool one evening. Overall, really great place and we'd love to stay again on our next visit.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay at the Babs. There were many city events within easy walking distance. Farmers market, food truck Wednesday lunch and Thursday dinner. Music festivals in the streets. A downtown full of vitality. Beautiful setting near the river, with great walking trails.

Location and character!

We love visiting Missoula, and this Bab's condo has everything we desired in a perfect location! It's just a walk across the river to downtown. Good food, Kettle House Brewery, and some shops are right outside your door. It's very clean and attractive. We would love to stay here again when we return to the area! Visit to Missoula

I've been traveling to Missoula to visit my daughter for 15 years. This location is one of the best from from which to walk to coffee shops, bakeries, downtown restaurant or nice long walks. Just enough space for a couple of people, comfortable bed, kitchen and living quarters. Nice and clean as well!

Downtown historic condo is accurate.

This is a great location for walking to downtown, farmers market, etc. It is a grand old structure with many comforts. Clean, airy, with high ceilings giving a more spacious feel. The kitchen is tiny but adequate. Bonus room in lower level is great! We absolutely loved it, and would stay again.

Bab's Condo, Missoula

Cozy and comfortable condo in a nicely renovated historic building. The proximity to The River Trail, UM, the best bakery (provides breads to many restaurants in Missoula), the notable Bridge Pizza - not just pizza, btw. Downtown is just a few steps from this condo. The owners are personable and available for any questions you may have. Enjoy Missoula and this gem!

Perfect getaway

We loved our stay at the Bab building! The location was perfect for walking downtown and the building is so beautiful! The only recommendation we have would be for the owners to upgrade the tv to something with streaming capability! Late night movies are hard with just cable. Otherwise it was perfect!

Amazing location! Full of charm!

My husband and I were in town for our sons graduation. The home is in a perfect location so close to the University and a short walk to downtown over the amazing bridge that crosses over the Clark Fork River! We loved walking there every day. The home is great! Has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. The home is historic and has so much character! The host was very quick to respond and helpful when needed. We will definitely be back.

Back once again!

At this point I’ve stayed in three different suites in the Babs. They have all been amazing! My daughter is a student at UM and we live 1,800 miles away. These are fully furnished apartments, I was able to enjoy a little taste of home and bring my family together for family meals even had everything I needed to cook a full thanksgiving meal for her and her friends back in November of 2022. I love this place!

The Babs condo is a beautiful place in a great location!

The condo was perfectly sized for my family of four, and we loved being able to walk to dinner, ice cream and shopping. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five, is the low pressure and inconsistent temperature of the shower, which was almost unmanageable. It was very time (and water) consuming because of how long it took to regulate. With that caveat, we would recommend this property to friends and family, and hope to stay there again ourselves someday. The loveliness of the condo and perfect location outweigh that one issue!

Perfect Stay, Perfect Location

The Bab's building is the perfect place for any and all stays in Missoula. My wife and I stayed in the condo for 3 months and could not have made a better choice. We never had to drive, ever. The condo is located within a block of 2 incredible bakeries, a great pizza joint, and the beautiful Clark Fork River. Across the bridge and you are downtown (2 minute walk.) Forget staying in a hotel while visiting Missoula, The Bab's condos are perfect. The owners were always accommodating and flexible. They were attentive to our requests and always kept our privacy in mind. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you will need for stays of any length. There is free laundry on-site and a recreation room in the basement for entertaining. Overall, the Bab's was a great stay...highly recommended!

Great location

This is an old building that has been 'condoized' and brought up to date. The bed, shower, kitchen are all fine. There were no surprises from the owner's description. It is located right in the heart of downtown Missoula- literally a short walk to the Clark Fork River bridge, best coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, theater (Wilma), and University. We never used our car once we arrived. The owner was accessible to answer questions. A few of the irritating features, e.g., the lights in the hallway are on 24/7 and shine brightly through the front door and into the bedroom, were easily resolved (a towel to cover the glass). Even though it abuts an alley and it is a downstairs unit, we never heard any of the neighbors above or on the same floor and only occasionally were aware people walking down the alley. We'd definitely stay there again.

Always a nice stay

We enjoy the location of the Babs. We have stayed here before 
we usually stay several days at a time. I do have concerns about some safety issues in the bathroom in the apt we stayed in. The bathtub is super slippery and there are no safety hand rails. Also I fell down those front steps 

there again are no hand rails
.nothing to hold on too
 they must be real dangerous in the winter. I bruised up my ankles and knees pretty bad and my wrists still hurt. Other than that
if we stay at the Babs again we’d like to rent the basement apartment 
.. no steps. I do have pictures of my injuries and two nice gentlemen came to my aid. Do you cc camera out front ? Still love the Babs!

Ready to move in!

I loved my time in Missoula at Jenni's place. The apartment had everything I could possibly need and the location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything but still felt pretty quiet. There was construction on the building while I was there so there was no parking in front of the building but finding parking a block or two away was never a problem. Jenni was great to communicate with and helped me address the small issues that popped up. Highly reccomend!

Missoula, as for many people, is a special place to us. It is where we met as students in college and where we always knew we wanted to call home. After school, however, life and work took us to Asia, Finland and New York City, before we could both settle back in Missoula together and start our family. Now with our 3 children, we are pleased to share all that the Missoula community has to offer with visitors at our Bab’s condo.

Jenni first came to Missoula as an exchange student attending grad school from Finland. She immediately fell in love with the surrounding landscape and community but most of all Kurt. Kurt’s family is from the area and always knew the Montana lifestyle was the only one for him. They both enjoy the outdoor and cultural opportunities Missoula has to offer including skiing up Pattee Canyon, taking their children to Missoula’s award-winning public library or enjoying Missoula’s restaurants, breweries and distilleries. They feel fortunate to call Missoula home and are pleased to share their love of the area with each of their guests.

In addition, the condo itself is fully stocked with the comforts of home including a full kitchen and king-size Tempurpedic bed.
