We are located on the northwest shore of Lac Bataille on Chemin Sittelles. Please note: the map pin on some platforms may be inaccurate. We’ll provide precise directions before your stay.

Guest Access
Self check-in with smart lock – instructions sent 48 hours before arrival

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome (please notify us in advance)
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture
Any damages caused by pets will be billed after the stay

Winter Access

This is a backcountry location. In winter, 4x4 or AWD is highly recommended.

We are not responsible for stuck vehicles due to road/weather conditions.

Security cameras monitor the exterior of the property 24/7 for your safety

No parties and no unregistered guests allowed

Seasonal Info
SUPs, kayaks, canoe, and outdoor furniture are removed mid-November, weather depending. If booking in late fall, message us to confirm availability.

We’re happy to welcome you — and your pets — to our property! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful experience for everyone (including future guests), please review and follow these important rules:

Pets

Maximum number of pets: 1

Pets are allowed only if disclosed in advance.

Pets are not permitted on any human furniture, including beds. They are welcome to use the doggy beds we provide

Please pick up after your pets — we trust our guests to be responsible owners

Any damages caused by pets will be billed separately and are not included in the pet fee.

Guest Count & Parties

Maximum occupancy is enforced and monitored via exterior security cameras.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

No unapproved visitors or parties permitted at any time.

These rules are in place to protect:
• Our septic and well water systems, which are designed to support a specific number of guests
• Our insurance coverage, which only applies to registered guests
• Local by-laws and licensing conditions

Violations may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Security & Monitoring

There are security cameras monitoring the entrance and the driveway of the property.

Rule Violations
Failure to follow the above rules may result in a fine of up to $200 plus the cost of any damages.
