Good value stay central to most places in Fort Worth. Could be slightly cleaner and have more cooking essentials. Wouldn't be my first choice of stay in the future, but would work in a pinch.

Need to check plumbing the water in shower floor will over flow if you are not careful. Fridge needed to be cleaned. The smell in the unit was stale and unpleasant odor .

The check in process was very easy and explained well. But the place had dead bugs all over, in the living room, kitchen, hallway, bedrooms, bathroom. I finally found a broom and dust pan to sweep because it was so dirty. There was only 3 bathroom towels. We had four of us staying. And we were staying for 3 days. And only 4 wash clothes. I can understand re using your towel 2 times but we had to share towels because they didn't even have enough towels for the 4 of us let alone for 3 day stay. No hand towels. So we found kitchen hand towel to use. The bathroom outlet didn't work. The toilet paper was very thin and and only one of those. The paper towel role only had 3 paper towels on there. No toaster. The internet didn't work well at all while we were watching T.V. One bedroom didn't have pillows with pillow case. They just had pillow shams. And no top sheet. Just the fitted sheet and comforter. The kitchen was recently updated. And the bathroom looked newer but the shower leaks and there were no kleenex and no bath mat. The ice machine stuck and made a mess when you tried to use it on the fridge door. I have stayed at other Vrbo places and they were very clean, had a lot more things to use while we stayed. And great internet service. I guess for the price I would have wished it would have been better.

We couldn’t even get inside the place as the instructions were not provided and the code was not provided to VRBO in the event that the host could not be contacted. We arrived at midnight from out of state and didn’t receive a response from the host til well after 5 hours later. After which we had to locate and pay for an alternative place.

First was told it was double booked and they tried to make us leave. Got that sorted. Then there's no dressers or TVs in the bedrooms. Found water bottles under the bed and in night stands. Found melted candy in the night stand. Hot water goes out fast in the shower and doesn't drain well. Found old nasty pizza in the oven. The microwave was nasty. Living room furniture is for looks not functionality.
