thank you for you kind review. One is I think many burrs are taken care of as my yard guy has been spraying a, raking, taking down more brush, adding root and stump killer. I do pan a whole new back fence with galvanized posts and new pretreated pickets, as well as replacing the end of the left neighbors chain link fence. I am just having to pay some large property taxes first, but during Fegruay, March the whole back fence should be complete and more yard work done. If possible I can see if ther they have any grass farms as they do where I live to plant some St Augustine, However, even if I installed sprinkler, Corpus City will not allow watering due to severe water restrictions

I sent Kris yesterday- fridgehas some shelves with brown stains which were easily cleaned. There was no cat pee inside the house. No cat has ever been in the home, but Kris saw several strays in the yard, which he is going to . There was also no cat pee smell on the deck or entrance though he did clean those areas.. The towel rack was very slighlty loose.He jut put the bar into the holder. Scredwed it. , There was near it a towel ring to use. Both bath faucets work perfectly but in the master you must first pull out the handle out before you turn it to left or right. No maintainence issue just how it works.The "outdated" it has had a total remodel with the exception of the original bathtub, which if removed to replace was smaller than the new tubs so the entire bathroom would have had to be enlarged or turned into a shower only. We felt leaving the original tub,(refinished with new tile surround). The main living area ac unit is also a heat pump. Kris brought 3 heaters. All of these very minor issues mentioned would have been delt with after check in had he wanted to call us. There is a maintainence person on call. There was no cat pee smell inside or on the deck, but Kris saw 2 stray cats and will spray the yard with disinfectant, throw a special powder on it that repels them, try to capture them, "Outdated" house has had a total remodel inside and out. It is NICE. No previous guest has ever made any of the above complaints.We were not given the oppotunity to coreect

I didn’t realize the yard situation. It’s sandy so weeds tend to grow. Before I read this Kris, helper was supposed to go yesterday to clean up the yard and in a few days it will be done. There used to be a complete chain link fence around the back house so I’ll ask bill to complete what has come up missing on fence and have a pest control service out Monday. It’s fairly new as an older couple rented it for years before she recently passed away. I’ll assume he may have removed parts of entry fence for her wheel chair. Bill did not inform me of this as I live in McAllen. It will be hopefully as perfect as possible next time. Kris is good with yards and will add weed killer, hand clean the burs, cut off extra fence growth , put room salt on brus, tree stubs to kill them. He’s actually on his way there now
