The host was amazing, again. We rented the same property a year ago and loved it so much that we came back. We were within walking distance to the beach. Places to eat are also close. In the event a small grocery run is needed, there is a grocery store less than 5 minutes from the property.

Everything was great. The host even had a closet of beach/pool essentials and chairs for us to use. My one and only suggestion would be black out curtains in the bedrooms as the street lights were bright at night even through the blinds. But the host was great and the house was all we needed.

We had a great experience at our stay - all 7 of us (5 kids). It’s a great value and within walking distance of the beach. We did notice some water damage and a water drip above one of the bath tubs, and one roach showed up on our last day. Other than that, it was a nice, roomy, well-maintained place. The washer & dryer came in handy.

This is our 2nd time coming to Padre Island and staying at this condo complex. We love the heated pool and it was great going in the hot tub when the weather wasn’t so warm! It was very close to the beach which we like! I personally really like the fitness center. We like cooking at home so we were able to do that by staying at a condo instead of a hotel! We’ll definitely we back!

Our stay at the beach condo was awesome. The space felt like home, very comfortable. Our quick walk to the beach took about 5 minutes. Awesome communication and very helpful, sweet owners. The pool is very well kept up, nice pool furniture, and the bathroom in the pool house is kept clean. We used the community charcoal grill diring our stay as well. We have never been to Padre Island before, but definately will be back!

The salt water pool was outstanding. Pool area kept clean.Wish the master bedroom had a bigger bed. The second bedroom mattress was too uncomfortable to sleep on.Kitchen was well stocked and useful.Property was very close to the Gulf and many good dining options close by.This is our new favorite vacation location.

Such a comfortable home located close to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool and I enjoyed the hot tub! The pool amenities are pretty close to the unit. We chose this unit because it is located on the first floor with limited stairs for a disabled family member. Home was clean and had sufficient sleeping/sitting arrangements. There's also a good selection of restaurants close by. When we make our way back to the area, I'd definitely stay here again.
