Located in Legacy, SE Calgary, with easy access to Spruce Meadows and 20 minutes to Okotoks, this quiet neighborhood offers a relaxing stay close to local attractions. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dining for six, open-concept living, in-suite laundry, two full bathrooms (one ensuite), a workspace, and smart TVs in every room.

The suite is accessed via the side of the house, and down a short staircase leading to your own private entry. Please note that the staircase leading down to your private suite also offers access to the mechanical room and may occasionally be shared when needed to access the mechanical room. Note that there is no access included for the mechanical room, backyard or garage.
