Youâll also have access to free parking.
The suite is accessed via the side of the house, and down a short staircase leading to your own private entry. Please note that the staircase leading down to your private suite also offers access to the mechanical room and may occasionally be shared when needed to access the mechanical room. Note that there is no access included for the mechanical room, backyard or garage.
Other things to note
**House Rules**
No smoking or vaping inside the suite or anywhere on the property.
No pets are allowed.
No parties, events, or large gatherings.
Maximum occupancy is six guests.
No commercial use or filming without prior host approval.
Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
