We’d like to kindly clarify that bedding and blankets are provided for the two bedrooms, the master bedroom (sleeps 2) and the second bedroom with two double beds (sleeps up to 4), as noted in our listing. At this time, blankets for the pull-out sofa are not provided. Please also note that the home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each guest’s arrival. When you raised your concern, we offered to have our cleaning team return to address the couch area, but this was declined. We do appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration as we continue to improve the guest experience.

We also sincerely apologize for the areas where we fell short during your two-night stay. The home was cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival, but we would have appreciated the opportunity to address any concerns during your stay if they had been brought to our attention. Our goal is always to resolve issues as quickly as possible while our guests are still at the property. Regarding the amenities, we provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. However, for health and safety reasons, perishable food items such as oil, salt, and pepper cannot be left behind between guest stays. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen cookware, water pressure, and water temperature. Our maintenance team has been asked to inspect the water heater and water supply lines to determine if any improvements or repairs are needed. Lastly, we will review our listing description to ensure that the third-floor location and the absence of a private yard are communicated as clearly as possible so future guests have accurate expectations before booking.
