Unfortunately, this property fell far short of expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and overall condition.- The kitchen was poorly equipped. There were no wine glasses, chipped coffee mugs, no mixing or serving bowls, no cutting boards, cookie sheets (to heat in the oven), nor dish towels. The coffee maker was impractical and limited to four cups at a time. Considering a standard 12-cup coffee maker is 25â30, this made no sense.- Cleanliness was an issue. The floors (grout in particular) were dirty and (tile) sticky, and bedroom carpets so worn and unclean I would strongly recommend wearing shoes. The unit felt generally worn out. The refrigerator water filter also needs to be replaced.- The dĂ©cor was odd and dated, which added to the overall feeling the unit has not been thoughtfully maintained.- When we contacted management, we were told items could have been purchased âif we had said something,â which is hard to reconcile given how many basic items were missing. No apology - instead the issues were attributed to previous renters, which was disappointing.- Beyond the unit itself, the building and elevator were in poor conditionâsurprisingly worn for a building that is only five years old.Overall, this property needs significant attention to address cleanliness, maintenance, and guest amenities before it can be considered a comfortable or well-managed stay.
