Nice development with cookie cutter condos, but very useable. Decent amenities, although we have never had a chance to use. Second time we have stayed in this Storey Lake development.

Fantastic, clean, spacious condo near Disney area

From booking to checking out, our stay was fantastic. The condo is spacious and clean. The king sized bed was comfortable. There was plenty of room for myself, husband, two teens, and two small dogs. There’s a beautiful view off the balcony and the grounds are very well kept. The condo is close to a Publix shopping center and restaurants as well as a short drive to the Disney theme parks. We felt very safe in the area. Our host, Pam, was a great communicator. I highly recommend this condo!

Unfortunately, this property fell far short of expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and overall condition.- The kitchen was poorly equipped. There were no wine glasses, chipped coffee mugs, no mixing or serving bowls, no cutting boards, cookie sheets (to heat in the oven), nor dish towels. The coffee maker was impractical and limited to four cups at a time. Considering a standard 12-cup coffee maker is 25–30, this made no sense.- Cleanliness was an issue. The floors (grout in particular) were dirty and (tile) sticky, and bedroom carpets so worn and unclean I would strongly recommend wearing shoes. The unit felt generally worn out. The refrigerator water filter also needs to be replaced.- The dĂ©cor was odd and dated, which added to the overall feeling the unit has not been thoughtfully maintained.- When we contacted management, we were told items could have been purchased “if we had said something,” which is hard to reconcile given how many basic items were missing. No apology - instead the issues were attributed to previous renters, which was disappointing.- Beyond the unit itself, the building and elevator were in poor condition—surprisingly worn for a building that is only five years old.Overall, this property needs significant attention to address cleanliness, maintenance, and guest amenities before it can be considered a comfortable or well-managed stay.

Memories of a lifetime!

We were SO impressed the moment we walked in to the condo! It was spotless and welcoming! Lots of little touches around the place that made us feel at home! We felt safe, relaxed, and able to enjoy our vacation! The amenities were amazing! Our kiddos, and ourselves, enjoy the pool, lazy river, and water slides! Thank you so much to our hosts! You were wonderful at making sure we had what we needed and the communication was easy and appreciated! Thank you for having us in your place so that we were able to make memories as a family that we will hold dearly all our lives!

Clean, comfortable and convenient to Disney attractions. We have been using VRBO rentals for sometime and this was one of the nicest units we’ve stayed in. Super communications with the host. Easy check in and a gate pass was sent ahead of time. Big time saver. Very clean and convenient to everything we needed. Publix’s supermarket is very close by. Great place to stay with our golden retriever. Areas to walk the dog even at night. Felt very safe. Just wished there were some washcloths and dish towels. No big deal but would have been nice to have. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Disney.

Cute little place - just as expected!

Cute little place. Nothing crazy fancy - very simple setup but it 100%. fit our needs for our trip. They were super sweet - great communication the ENTIRE trip from the day before, check in, responses when I had a question, reminders about check out and follow up after. Super impressed! The place is nice and close to the secondary pool (just walked across the parking lot). They also were super sweet and left behind some books & coloring things for my toddlers staying! Would stay here again!
