The pool area looked nice, but we never had access to it because it was private property of the hotel and we never get a access card because we were from vrbo.

Luisa all our guests have access to the amenities, it’s not necessary any fob key or guest card to use the pool. We have everything we offer under our listing descriptions, sorry you missed it! 😏
