Harbor Vista is a bright, wonderfully decorated, and newly constructed home in Stonington’s picturesque village. The elevated stance that this home possesses leaves many opportunities for guests to pull up a chair, inside or out, and just enjoy that ever-changing view of the Deer Isle Thoroughfare. Harbor Vista provides a great in-town location, so catching dinner and a movie at The Opera House or heading over to the Stonington Farmers Market on Friday morning are a cinch!

Harbor Vista is a three bedroom, two bathroom home. The home has many fine touches, such as hardwood flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and comfortable furnishings. The first floor of the home houses a nicely stocked kitchen with all the essentials to pull together any meal from the comfort of home. There is a beautiful dining area and living room where family dinners and gatherings will allow for great connectivity with this home's open floor plan. The first floor also has a full bathroom with a shower stall.

The ground floor of the home houses the media room which also seconds as an additional sleeping area, since it is nicely furnished with a trundle sleeper sofa. The ground floor of the home also has the utility room and the laundry facilities.
The second floor of the home houses the three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, a nice dresser and a closet. The second bedroom of the home has a queen bed, a closet, a dresser and a desk space. The third bedroom, also known as the master bedroom is a large size. The bedroom has cathedral style ceilings and a beautiful ocean view balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, has a large closet, a beautiful work space as well as a quiet reading nook.

Harbor Vista has a wrap around deck that enjoys lovely views. The deck is equipped with a number of different outdoor seating opportunities and also give guests the option for outdoor cooking on the propane fired grill. Harbor Vista has an on-demand generator for those unplanned power outages and is loaded with amenities including wi-fi, cable television, dishwasher, washer / dryer, HDTV and Blu-Ray player, lobster kettle as well as many other conveniences.

Exactly as Advertised

Property was exactly as described, well stocked, clean, beautifully decorated and a short walk to town. Stonington is a charming small town perfect for nature lovers and Maine enthusiasts. Burnt Cove Lobster Boil was a highlight of our stay.

Fabulous vacation at Harbor Vista

This is a terrific house and we had a wonderful stay. Everything imaginable is provided for, especially in the kitchen- hi end frig, stove & dishwasher. Cooks will love this place. The 1st & 2nd floor terraces have beautiful views out of the harbor towards Isle Au Haut. Snappy internet, large washer/ dryer. The basement recr room has, I believe, a whopping 75' tv, DVD player & cable service. We are outdoorsy people so didn't use it much but good to know it's available for evening entertainment. Highly recommend HV & the house was immaculate when we arrived. Only nit was the driveway clearance is a little narrow but other than that a 4* house.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing (email is acceptable) and received by the Agent. Cancellations may only be made between the date that a reservation deposit is received and a date determined to be 45 days prior to the Guests’ scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival will not result in a refund in whole or part of rental funds received. If a cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival, the Agent shall make a good-faith effort to re-rent the property at the published rate for the reserved rental term. No refund of rents paid will be made until the cancelled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the cancelled period is re-rented, any rent and taxes paid will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. If the new rental amount is less than the published rate, any difference in rental rate will be deducted from the rental returned to the tenant. If the unit is not re-rented, all rental funds paid, processing fees and taxes shall be forfeited as damages.
This cancellation policy is strictly followed. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for all vacations to cover many situations that may arise which might cause one to cancel vacation plans. Life happens and we don’t want you to lose your deposit. There are many independent insurance providers available to tenants. I understand that the insurance company holds this policy and that The Island Agency does not determine eligibility of claims.
