The Space:

Comprised of 4 completely separate homes that can be booked individually—The Luxe Pearl Residences 870, 870.5, 872 and 872.5—guests now have the flexibility and convenience to book all units together, where the entire property becomes yours for the duration of your stay. Inside, each unit maintains its own unique layout and personality while offering similar amenities. Updated, fully equipped kitchens feature sleek stone countertops and Keurig coffee makers—ready for anything from a casual breakfast to a full dinner spread. Each space offers seating for meals or remote work, with configurations that vary between dining tables and counter seating for up to four guests. In the living rooms, soft couches and cozy armchairs invite you to unwind while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV.



With four separate yet connected spaces, The Luxe Pearl Residences lets you gather together or enjoy quiet moments apart—creating the perfect balance of privacy and community for your Columbus stay. The Luxe Pearl Residences comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with 1 private bedroom in each unit.



The bedrooms in units 870, 870.5, and 872 each feature a king-size bed, while the bedroom in unit 872.5 has a queen-size bed.



Each unit also includes a full bathroom, each with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer available in each unit.

• Lot parking for 1 vehicle per unit is available in the assigned spots located directly behind the building.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external Ring security cameras: (1) is located on the front of the building and actively monitoring the walkway into the building, and (2) is located on the back of the building and actively monitoring the walkway into the back of building.

• This rental is a combined unit made up of four separate apartments: The Luxe Pearl Residences 870, 870.5, 872, and 872.5. The courtyard is a shared communal space. For smaller groups, we recommend booking one of the individual units.
